So i figured out a way to crack my upper back. i realized every time i incline DB press, the top of my back cracks and feels good. So i figured i put pressure on my chest and i can crack my back. Its hard to do by yourself, tried with a dumbbell but didn't work and i don't want to incline DB press every time i want to crack it. So i been asking my wife to sit on my chest every day for the past week. feels good man.

I literally just take both my fists and push them forwards into my spine, working my way up until I can't crack anymore

alternatively, I will lay flat on my back, lift one leg straight up, then lean it over the opposite side. Usually helps crack the lowest part of my back. but at the end of the day, nothing is more satisfying than neck cracks.

pro-tip: lay facedown next to a wall and have your wife walk up and down your back a few times. me and my buddy would do this to each other nightly, no homo.

yeah low and mid back isnt hard to crack at all, but the upper part for me is hard AF. Feels so good to crack tho.

might try that but feel like you could fuk up your back if they step on the wrong spot. Not tryin to be like walas.

I was worried when I first started doing it, but the buddy who I did it with is someone who's had back problems ever since high school (childhood wrestling and on) and was always saying how his back would feel way better after doing that. Gave it a try, and boy did it feel good.

You lift, so unless your wife is a land whale, which i somehow highly doubt, you should be fine. Do it near a wall or stairway railing so she has something to hold onto if she loses her balance, and have her go extra slow.

alternatively, you can start with the cats and work your way up in weight until you're comfortable with her doing it
