There's a reason that funds/traders/etc. go with their methods, because it works and gives you a return. All you're doing is trying to scalp some fast cash by gambling, yes you can game an advantage by knowing a stock but end of the day you realistically have no actual way of knowing what's going to happen, so risk vs. reward is totally awful long term for your style of trading.
For every 1 person who trades like you and posting pics of their lambos online there's 1000 more who lost everything because they were deluded into thinking they're some trading master.

And then you made it for me with your last sentence. There are and will be new players taking those subs. Thats why the stock performance is where it is this year

You may point out that subs growth disappointed last quarter, but this is not the first time that NFLX disappointed on subs growth in a given quarter, only to bounce back later. Also, the subs number given is NET growth. This is on the back of a price hike, so a certain degree of subs churn can be affected. Gross subs growth was actually very good.
And you really shouldn't take any single year's performance of a stock as the basis of your argument and treat it as an indicator of its future. Sure, it's down -17% this year, but how much is it up last year? How much of the underperformance this year is due to profit taking? How much of it is due to growth stocks in general underperforming this year? Starbucks is down -9% YTD, Amazon was down -22% in 2014. Are they all broken stocks with a broken story?

- it's been fluctuating fro like $93-94 to $98-$99+ like clockwork if you look at the history.
- there was (to me) a significant dip one day last week, and there wasnt really any bad news as towhyit dipped, just market fluctuation really and i guess some news but nothing that remotely made me think there was an issue.
- being familiar with how its been acting like clockwork (down to about $94 then up to $98, sometimes even breaking $100), and the fact that it was a substantial dip with no real bad news (and it was near that $94 "minimum" ive been witnessing),and most importantly: i just believe in the company's future/success as well, i figured it was a good entry point.
- also the 52wk's. it has touched the $120's. and we're closer to the 52wk low than the high for sure. it has a lot of potential if you ask me, netflix in general is just a goat company so i have faith.
i dont claim to know chit. i fking dont lol but im trying to change that if at all possible. but that was my logic i guess. the main thing here is that ihave the yolo capital to where 1-3%, of which that fluctuates from like every other day lol, is enough to make it 'worth my time' for dam sure. the fact im not waiting around for it to be like 10% or whatever (thus giving it time to crash for any reason etc), and just taking my safe slice of the pie, i feel like its a good way to go about things

to be fair though, microsoft has also done really well, which ive had for a long time now. Nobody hypes them up because they arent newer and sexy but businesses are so dependent on them they aint going away anytime soon.
Wish I would have bought ******** when they went IPO but I thought no way those *******s are going to make money, all they sell are ads and look how fast myspace plummeted in popularity. Also wish I bought AMD when they were like 5 dollars a share. Theyre doing good now, got some at like 30 a share. I took the L on uber when they first went public though, fuk those guys.
