yeah, I am. I have a 2nd powerlifting meet in mid November and I hope to drop around the 220 weight class in order make the wertz score a little bit higher. Plus with my great strength accumulated over the years, I will continue to lift heavy and become an awesome amateur boxer in three years.

here is my bench video where I lost some little bit of fat but managed to maintain my might

you're an idiot, that was completely unrelated to this case

the facts of this case are;
she started assaulting him - fact
he attempted to get her to leave his appartment, but couldnt - fact
the balcony door was closer to the bedroom where they began fighting, so he decided to try and put her on the other side of that first to diffuse the situation - fact
she was locked on the other side of the balcony door when she decided to jump off - fact

All of this is confirmed by the recording. being a serial fukwit doesnt make him guilty of a murder that he clearly isnt guilty of

In QLD, murder requires an intention to kill, so unless the prosecution can somehow demonstrate that Tostee intended for her to jump off the balcony and die when he locked her out there, he cannot possibly be guilty of murder.

In on this.

Also Tostee might have been a bit rapey, but the sloot attacked him so he locked her out in self defence, then she drunkenly tries to climb off a balcony while he is inside.

Not even manslaughter, let alone murder. Reckless endangerment occasioning death at theabsolutemost, but he shouldn't even be charged with that.

No idea how they think that her climbing over the balcony with him inside constitutes murder.

Edit: The actual legal term for what I intended to say is

It could be argued that Balconybrah was acting in self defence, and therefore had a lawful excuse. Though prosecutors may argue that he could have restrained her and kicked her out the front door, therefore not taking all available measures to reasonably defend himself before locking her out there.

there was a thread a year or so ago where someone who seemed to know absolutely everything about the case, and he wanted to defend everything he did. I'm positive it was Tostee under a different name. He was definitely in Australia. Wonder if that or any other misc threads are evidence..

Anyone who has been on a jury knows the evidence is irrelevant. How he presents himself is the only thing that matters. From what we know/have heard, I highly doubt he's walking. Definition of murder varies by country (witness Pistorious). In on thread anyway.

The evidence might be irrelevant, but the law is, and what occurred does not constitute murder in Queensland.
Criminal Code 1899 - SECT 302
302 Definition of murder 302 Definition of murder

(1) Except as hereinafter set forth, a person who unlawfully kills another under any of the following circumstances, that is to say—

(a) if the offender intends to cause the death of the person killed or that of some other person or if the offender intends to do to the person killed or to some other person some grievous bodily harm;

(b) if death is caused by means of an act done in the prosecution of an unlawful purpose,which act is of such a nature as to be likely to endanger human life;

(c) if the offender intends to do grievous bodily harm to some person for the purpose of facilitating the commission of a crime which is such that the offender may be arrested without warrant, or for the purpose of facilitating the flight of an offender who has committed or attempted to commit any such crime;

(d) if death is caused by administering any stupefying or overpowering thing for either of the purposes mentioned in paragraph (c);

(e) if death is caused by wilfully stopping the breath of any person for either of such purposes;

is guilty of murder.

(2) Under subsection (1)(a) it is immaterial that the offender did not intend to hurt the particular person who is killed.

(3) Under subsection (1)(b) it is immaterial that the offender did not intend to hurt any person.

(4) Under subsection (1)(c) to (e) it is immaterial that the offender did not intend to cause death or did not know that death was likely to result.
The only thing the prosecution could use I've made bold. Even with that sentence, locking an adult on a balcony that has a balustrade would not be considered likely to endanger human life.

Bish was drunk, climbed off balcony after he locked her out there in self defence. Her own fault.

The dude did a ****ing AMA while his under investigation going against all legal advice to keep his ****ing mouth shut. Then go slammed and went on a high speed car chase while drunk all while been under investigation.

I agree he shouldn't be charged with murder, but never under estimate the legal system to go full retard.

Please show me how any of that points to him intending for her to die when he locked the balcony door.

ironically, the guy I thought was tostee sounded exactly like you

and if you are tostee, unfortunately for you the prosecution has decided it does constitute murder. So do I go with the opinion of Queenslands finest legal minds or mr 'stealyogirl' ?

I'll be surprised if he actually gets convicted of murder, kinda hard to prove beyond reasonable doubt that his intent was murder when even the prosecutors aren't saying he physically threw her off the balcony.

Dude isn't going to be charged with murder.

The chick jumped. If she didn't jump she fell.

It's sad that she lost her life. But she sounded loopy as fukk in the recording. Like she thought it was okay to throw punches and metalware at the dude to try to hurt him.

Like really? This is going to result in a murder charge?:
"The woman was throwing stuff and getting abusive, and he locked her outside to momentarily stop her from causing any more damage, and she fell/jumped off and died."

Read that out loud and you'll realize how ridiculous it is to even propose that he's going to get charged with murder.

He's already been charged that's what he's on trial for atm

The chick jumped. If she didn't jump she fell.

It's sad that she lost her life. But she sounded loopy as fukk in the recording. Like she thought it was okay to throw punches and metalware at the dude to try to hurt him.

That's why people are saying he isn't guilty of murder. He's already being charged with it so I don't know how you are saying that he won't be.
