My theory

She's one of these girls that likes very aggressive sex (being slapped, hair pulled, spat on etc)

They were getting down and freaky and she's getting frustrated that toaster isn't doing her hard enough and starts hitting him and trying to up the ante.
Toaster brah isn't into it and tells her to stop but she gets more frustrated and starts lashing out at him hoping he'll take over and start giving him the rough dominant loving that she craves.
Eventually they start arguing and she gets violent and tries to bash his head in.
Toaster brah easily restrains her and locks her out on the balcony so he can decide what to do (call the police cause this crazy girl just tried to kill him or let her cool down and then let her go)

Meanwhile on the balcony the crazy bish starts panicking. She realises she just attempted to bash him over the head and she's worried he's either going to call the police or seek revenge. So she tries to escape and falls to her death.
