This is getting more and more fake brahs

This is the most likely girl in the video, (The Sarah Bull actress) this is what she looked like around 2009. They were friends helping each other for youtube views and collaborations, she later made a vid stating she wasn't the girl but could've that been because it would be damaging for her image to have that on her?

and what a coincidence, if she's not the girl, yet friends with the video creator on youtube and looks exactly like the girl, not like they were hoping to make a viral video or anything.

i'm sure cops have found this patrick guy and already talked to him.

thing is: if he lawyered up and refuses to talk. cops can't do nothing. Can't even talk abut him in the press.

They need evidence to detain him and since she's most likely dead and it's been 7 years, they probably have nothing. Not even enough to get a search warrant of his house.

However if he refuses to answer "who was that girl in the video", they may have to go to FBI and do computer analysis to prove that that girl was Kayla.

Armed with that evidence, they can file murder charges and arrest him.

The lock and her position in the room made it seem like he went into the room before filming and set her up in that position so that he can get a good angle for the camera. If she's hiding in the corner, camera isn't going to see anything.

Dunno if it points to being fake or real, but something to consider.

because that would chit all over image, she's trying to be a famous youtube star wanna be film star, it makes the most sense out of all scenarios. That video came from that dudes youtube and these two did collaborations in the past and she looks more like the girl in the video than Kayla Berg herself.

she uploaded the vid stating it wasn't her a month ago when the story wasn't hot. Now that it went viral I'm confident we'll find out it was really here within a week.

What would be the point?

We can assume he would have paid the girl to be tied up in a basement in a dark room? Who does that to post an anonymous video on youtube? This was long before the days of clickbait.

If the guy was really into making fake videos then surely he would have the sense to tell a story that makes sense (She was wanting me to buy her a ring etc), this story is not believable whatsoever, or even funny, but it is sarcastic and mocking.

and why the fuc does he have a lock on the outside of the door? If he planned his video to factor in this small detail to make it seem realistic then surely his acting and script would also be shown the same scrutiny?

Maybe fake, maybe not, but until they find this fat phuck and find that room we will never know.

she didn't upload that video till last month when this new story didn't erupt. With her little fan base and viewership I wouldn't be surprised if she denied it for the sake of being ashamed and afraid of the backlash she'll get from her fanbase and others.

yes but what im saying is before that video she hadnt posted in a full year. she even states that. she has moved on to her photography and any girl with common sense would think "if i deny this chit and the police release it is me im going to look like a lying whore and lose my fanbase"

The most glaring thing here is that his face and voice is on the video CLEAR as day, which would have led to him being ID'd and apprehended a long time ago.
