Haha wow that was pretty cray while it lasted. I thought t was real for sure.

Someone on reddit made a new account in the reddit equivalent thread of this one. They posted a picture of a bound girl with no pants/panties on leaning over a chair. Ot was also in some dungeon looking basement as well. Reverse image seach found nothing on the picture. They then deleted the picture one hour later. Obviously was just someone fuarking around but it was not anywhere else on the internet that anybody could find

I have no idea what this case is or anything about this story, and I've only read page one, but hoax or not that whole thing is unbelievably creepy and wrong. The guy has issues.. who would even fake that video.

Ok everyone just got off the phone with the Detective handling Kayla's case. They have identified and spoken with the person and the VIDEO IS NOT REAL, SO THIS WAS NOT KAYLA. Thank you again for all your continued support and concern. Although it is fake please do not loose sight of the fact that KAYLA IS STILL MISSING AND NEEDS TO BE FOUND!!!!!

Also , then Kayla's killer is back to being that sketchy Kevin guy who dropped her off.

Guy immediately lawyered up and stopped talking. That should scream red flags. Family probaby knows it's him but wants to believe she's still alive - so they don't want to pressure him and hear that she's "dead". Easier to live in denial that she's still alive somewhere.

The boy they thought it might be went missing in 1988 while camping, but his remains were found in 1990. The girl is patently not Calico as she is older & the features just don't match. The sheriff was mostly fishing, likely hoping somebody they suspected & were watching would panic & dig up the remains, but that didn't happen & still no answers several years later.
