VIC - Does he stay ripped all year?
TS3g - What made him so reserved?
Azonec - There's a lot I don't know about this dude, so I'd take a f**king interview.

Muzzie - your greatest fear
Rusty - your most inspirational moment thus far in life

TS3g - describe how you'd LIKE to be perceived by others in 3 words.
Azonec - favorite place you've ever travelled and why.

Lunu - what inspires you to get up every day.

too many to count at this point...

got a bunch of books right next to my bed, ready and waiting to be read! actually, one of my fav ways to spend a quiet saturday evening is with some soft classical music in the background [relaxes me], and laying in bed, cozy under the covers, voraciously reading my book until my eyes are too tired to stay open...once I get some free time, I am going to spend an evening doing just this.

Do you have a tight lower back?
Generally no - my back is holding up pretty well and only impacts me once in a while, less than my shoulders, or even my knees.

Luci - no kids because my wife and I got married too late to really be ready for that undertaking. No real regrets either. I'm too busy being one to have any.

Daisy: Most inspirational moment: walking up the stairs from the subway at Piccadilly Circus and seeing the world in a whole new light. I was studying abroad and my third day in Britain I went into London and was dazzled by all that was around me, and all that I needed to learn about people, life, places and my own sense of ambition, energy and engagement. It was just a fleeting moment and a bit of an odd one in terms of inspiration, but it can hit at odd times. I'll never forget the way the sun played off the buildings, the noises, the new and weird accents, the odd looking cars, all of it just overwhelmed me and told me I was both a weak tadpole in a huge pond, and a giant shark in the ocean - all at once.

Ahhhh I love this answer! Specifically askedyouthis question, because I knew your answer would be insightful, relatable and epic simultaneously. You always touch my mind with your descriptive and thought-provoking posts! Thank you for that
I've also had a few moments like that in my life, that gave me pause because what I was taking in was so awe-inspiring. One of those memories I recall was on a random weekday, when I was casually walking on campus as I had always done, and I just looked up and saw the glorious sun sparkling against a striking blue backdrop, and the historic buildings were standing proud atop the vivid green grass...all of us students milling about like ants in their kingdom, and I just had this wave of gratitude for having the privilege of being there and being able to experience such vitality.

It was a selfie of me in tank top with "don't grab" written on it with an arrow pointing down. It was a joke.

I saw a couple former clients of mine at an event last night and they sang praises about how I'd impacted their lives in a huge way. I barely remember them, let alone what advice I'd given them.

A workout back when I was 26 when I did barbell OHP nd no spotter. Injured and weakened my shoulder which eventually led to a dislocation, PT and forever changed my body composition, and continues to haunt me to this day.
