I think a girl can handle it when shes way out of line. But i also think there are cases when the dude is out of line too
As i said i wouldnt charge him with anything other than splitting the bills

We pushed the girl and she fell and hit her head
She was intoxicated and belligerent which is why the cops didnt do anything. But if she had said anything or wanted to take us to court it would have been he said vs. She said
I was in the situation, handled it differently and i still almost had to go to court
Again, i think his actions went from self defense to malicious intent once he slammed her

Mmmm I'm usually all for "hit and get hit" but I think fighting over cement is full retard let alone when the person you are fighting is 80 lbs less than you. Cringed watching that.

Not gonna lie I watched a few times and was surprised.
Judo/jiujitsu/aikido has to be the best defense against someone you don't really want to hurt because you aren't punching or kicking them IMO.
This but he fell on top of her:

no. it is entirely her responsibility to be aware of her surroundings as she attacks somebody. or better yet, don't get physical in the first place

Knowing it would subdue her
Anyways.. if any lawyers know the girl and are itt they can take a case
All you have to do is concoct a story and PROVE what youre saying. In this case, i think its easy to say he shouldnt have body slammed her
Like i said, id say he needs to pay half of the hospital bills

Guess your exempt from hearsay because its your gf
Because your gf is an attorney, you are this bastion of knowledge on the law
As i said before, ive been in this situation before so im willing to guess i have more experience than you living vicariously through your supposed gf

krazy33 have you ever been attacked and invoked self defense? You don't run through 100 options in your head to pick out the best one haha - your hind brain triggers to protect yourself. If you ask me, controlled himself pretty well by walking away after the immediate threat was extinguished.
Just like I wouldn't start a fight with Brock Lesnar, she shouldn't do it with him. Fcukin dumbass girl.

Not gonna lie I watched a few times and was surprised.
Judo/jiujitsu/aikido has to be the best defense against someone you don't really want to hurt because you aren't punching or kicking them IMO.

Another thing to keep in mind is this guy had witnesses and cameras. If this were a domestic incident in private the outcome might have been very different for the guy.

Also, throughout all of this we still dont know the exact cause of it.. fair to say it escalated through a normal argument
But if some little chit came out of nowhere and tried to do it, i would agree with you

She was drunk and trying to drive. We werent allowing her, but she insisted. We blocked the door and she came charging at us..
I didnt actuslly do it but my friend stuck his arm out, the girl fell backwards and hit her head..
Guess what happened?
She accused us of hurting her, because she knew she acted like a retard.
She tried to tell the cops but she was drunk and angry so i think they just ignored.
The cops came up to us and told us do you know what blah, blah, blah is.
Where he proceeded to tell us of taking people to jail because 2 buddies were out smoking cigs and one guy poked another and one guy decided he didnt want it
That battery is considered "any unwanted touching"
So, again, not only have i "diffused" the situation differently.. but throughout the entirety of the thing we were just trying to help the girl
Yet the cops told us we were lucky because once they even mutter the word, they can take a case against us
" they did this, they did that, etc. Physical violence, altercation, etc."

I think a burglary is a bit different because you dont know whether or not they had weapons. You dont know what theyre doing, etc.
This was a teenage girl that he most likely knew. If she had a knife, thats different and i say hes justified.
But i still think it would be easy to prove he wasnt defending himself but trying to cause harm

Look, it's like this. You claiming I'm living vicariously through my gfs experience is any different from you acting like you have any clue about the law because your gma is a supposed attorney?!? Please tell me you aren't so dense that you see the irony in this?!
On top of that, your only other qualification is that you've been in this situation. Ok so you really are a special someone who finds themselves in such a deeply escalated situation that you feel you are an authority on the matter. If that's the case there are a thousand more questions to ask about your sketchy ass.
Great, you have a grandparent that is supposed to be an attorney, and you've been involved in domestic violence situations. Let's definitely listen to you and you potato cuck judge Judy writing opinion as if it could ever stand a chance not only in a court of opinion but a court of law lol.
