Guy has more balls than I do. I've had crazy ex-girlfriends physically attack me, but I just pushed them away or to the ground. Considering our feminized culture and legal system, it's not worth jail time to light into a sloot.

good ol' feminists at it again. they were probably way too rustled at what actual equality looks like and not this regressive idealistic version of feminism they all preach.

Huge roll of the dice to hit back. Could easily end up behind bars and with a felony for defending yourself against a woman. Legal system is ridiculously biased against men.

Agreed. There is no case.

1) Defending himself
2) He gave her fair warning which she ignored
3) She came on his property without permission

I dont think anyones arguing he doesnt have right to defend himself

Its the force used to do so

Again, you guys are going to take this wrong.. i think the girl is wrong but also that the dude is wrong

Knowing how feminized the legal system is, along with this:

"Defendants who claim self-defense admit that they used force or violence against the victim, but they assert that they did so because the โ€œvictimโ€ was actually the attacker, that they had to act to avoid being hurt themselves (or to protect someone else from being hurt), and that the amount of force they used was proportional to the threat presented. The basic issues in any self-defense claim are who started the incident and whether the defendantโ€™s response was necessary and proportionate to the threat posed by the agressor."

I think a case could easily be taken against him.

If someone taps you on the shoulder that you dont want (battery) it doesnt give you the right to drop them on their head.

What kind of threat does a prob less than 100 pound unarmed female teenager pose? Enough to potentially end her life - drop head on concrete?

At the end of the day, she didnt suffer traumatic injuries it seems (but do you know how courts look at that chit)

If you get into a car accident and claim injuries you can sue for future damage (i forgot what its called). " oh i dont have injuries now but wait until my neck injury pops up again"

And i would imagine seizure is pretty high up there on potential recurrence/ damage

I dont think a teenage girl should have life altered due to a petty azz altercation

So trespassing, verbal tirade, then physical assault...I should feel bad for her for what reason, exactly? Dude should have dropped those other two who started hitting him as well.

No one is saying that brah, but you shouldn't have your life altered for walking across the road at the wrong at the wrong time either. But sometimes you're unlucky and you get in an accident, and if you go instigating violence and starting fights then your chances of ending up in such an accident increase exponentially, sometimes chit happens no matter how unfortunate.

The dude didn't necessarily mean to harm her, he probably didn't have to time think at all. He responded instinctively to a violent situation and if the girl is unlucky and that goes wrong then it's not his fault, it's hers for putting him in that situation in the first place. Your reasoning is incredibly flawed and you're a white-knighting *******. I hope a psycho bish walks up to you and starts kicking you in the nuts and we'll see how you keep your cool.

Ive already answered stop being a retard.. you dont lose your cool unless youre a ******* who thinks they cant handle it

Also.. 2 more potential issues:

"Deadly Force

In addition to considering whether the defendantโ€™s response was reasonable, in many states the use of deadly force in self-defense (force likely to kill or seriously injure someone) is in a class of its own. In these states, the defendant cannot use deadly force unless the victim first uses or threatens deadly force. There must be some evidence that the defendant was reasonably in fear for his own life, such as when:

the victim had a gun or other deadly weapon, or
the victim was causing or threatening to cause serious injury or death.

Duty to Retreat

In some states, defendants cannot use deadly force in self-defense if they can safely retreat from the attack. For example, in a state that imposes a duty to retreat, a person who is about to be attacked by another partygoer, but who has ample opportunity to leave or otherwise escape the situation, cannot legally pull out a gun and shoot the attacker. However, there are some exceptions to the duty to retreat and it does not apply in all states."

Good counter arguments without answering anything proposed. Inb4 "police didnt prosecute"

And as i said, it doesnt mean chit because they could have declined for any number of reasons. #1 for being any relation to the boy

All im doing is presenting how a case could be made, and i think they should pursue damages

What kind of threat is a 100 pound teenage girl?

Does pushing equal dropping head on ground?

Guarantee kid has something like this on record, and also it would be easy to paint that this was a result of more turmoil than the case at hand because his response did not match the threat
