I really dont see how tossing an attacker and just laying on them in side control is considered "Excessive" or "deadly force"

He clearly knew what he was doing, and even had her head protected by his arm. If anything she probably got winded by not knowing how to land and have him come down on her.
He was in a lose-lose situation at that point. Regardless of what he did the WK would be saying it was excessive and deadly force.

also LOL @ the sloot calling the guys poosies for not jumping him.

It's amazing how some miscers still delude themselves into believing the guy was in the wrong. Sometimes, regardless of what unarguable evidence is presented, people will believe whatever they want no matter how wrong they are. Just crazy, really. I guess these guys suffer from the same delusion disorder that feminists tend to. Disregard undeniable facts and evidence->form completely asinine and wrong opinion->delude self into believing you're right. Fantasy land ---->>>>

brb girl stabs him in the eye and he is perm blind for life
brb still no reason to put your hands on a woman.

Idk what it is these days but I have noticed a lot of women becoming more and more aggressive towards men then cry wolf when guys finally snap and retaliate.

"Deadly Force

In addition to considering whether the defendant’s response was reasonable, in many states the use of deadly force in self-defense (force likely to kill or seriously injure someone) is in a class of its own. In these states, the defendant cannot use deadly force unless the victim first uses or threatens deadly force. There must be some evidence that the defendant was reasonably in fear for his own life, such as when:

the victim had a gun or other deadly weapon, or
the victim was causing or threatening to cause serious injury or death"

What does slamming someone on the ground constitute? And can you please state deadly force utilized by the woman?

So she comes over to his place when he tells her not to. Then starts attacking him until he finally just tosses her to the ground. Even when her friends start hitting him he just pushed them off and walked away. That's about as restrained you can be in a situation like this. Most people when under duress will start swinging haymakers when all that adrenaline is flowing through you. Strong 15 year olds though. When I was 15 I was doing homework, riding my bike and playing video games. Not going over to other people's houses and starting fights.

Whats more deluded is to believe that saying its wrong to slam a 15 year old girl on the ground is wrong some how equates in your mind that means the guy is wrong?

Heres teh real deal

misc is made up of 90% males who had their hearts crushed because they found their gf getting plowed by Chad. The other 10% get rejected on the daily by females.

So watching videos like this and using the words "entitled" and "she has everything handed to her" and her getting slammed.....100% of the misc gets off on this and jerks it because they can't get it up any other way than seeing females get abused verbally or physically.

Sorry you *******s were never taught how to be a man by your dad, even the dude who slammed the girl. Makes everyone of you a buncha cuck *******s.

IF he's charged, you'll be right. Until then (if it ever occurs, which it won't), I am right and you are wrong. How's it feel? Sucks to be wrong, doesn't it? Bask in it. You are wrong. The boy was legally within his boundaries and that is all that matters when it comes to a physical altercation. The rest is moral based and clearly your morals align with the pussified little feminists who think that women should be exempt from a physical response to their physical engagement.

Pretty sure he didn't have to come out of his house also near the sidewalk.

Some dumbfuk started quoting laws and chit......domain and stupid bullchit. Guess who owns the sidewalk where she was slammed on? Not him nor his parents.

And I don't think children have the right to ask trespassers to leave....like authoritatively. I could be wrong but someone quote the law.....

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

If anything him throwing strikes would be worse. He was trying to take her down and just lay on her to control her. Let he try to struiggle and just cook her self, get tired and completely subdue the whole thing. I see nothing wrong with what he did at all. If anything while she was down he could have thrown punches at her face/choked/hell, even threw kicks, he did nothing.

If he escalated "unwarrantingly" he would be charged. So when he isn't charged in these X years, what are you gonna do? Come back to this thread to say sorry for being wrong this whole time? No, because you, like women, don't want to be held accountable for your actions. You want to make up chit, be wrong, and then never have to own up to your mistake.

Legally it's not wrong to slam anybody to the ground when they physically engage with you. At least, not in the state this took place in. Hence why the police did not side with her. Her age is irrelevant as the defender was in the same age group.

Self defense, bottom line. She should rot behind bars. He asked her numerous times to get off his property and even after she was striking him for 2-3 seconds he didn't do anything. He was left with no choice but to subdue the attacker. Hope they fry her ass dead srs.

I don't know why people always bring up women are smaller and weaker and therefore should get a pass. Doesn't that just mean you shouldn't pick fights with bigger and stronger people? Like if a manlet picked a fight with some huge dude and got his ass beat no one would bat an eye. But as soon as it is some chick, especially a cute looking one, then it becomes some life and death issue rofl.

Bro ive already gone through this chit. Not going through it anymore

Its a 100lb teenage girl - he has to assess the situation.

He looked like he was trying to do one of those jiu jitsu throws.. who the fuk even does that besides a fighter/ fan of that chit.. he knew exactly what he was doing

As i said before, if youre throwing someone on concrete.. youre intending to seriously fuk them up

Wtf are you talking about man?

There are CRIMES that can happen that go UNPUNISHED.. as i said, any number of reasons why it could be declined

Im providing you incidents within the case, youre not providing me with anything

Where did the girl meet the dude with deadly force?

Where in a shoving match does it warrant one to go from that to slamming head on concrete? And was that an escalation from the previous shoving match?

"Innocent until proven guilty"

Random bystanders opinions don't outweigh those of law enforcement, sorry. You are nobody and your thoughts on this topic are meaningless in the big picture, just like everybody else. If the guy walks away free of legal repercussion he is innocent and thus not in the wrong. Just how it works in the USA.

"Law enforcement" opinion on this can mean nothing as well. Here let me tell you why: paid off, family relations, have to meet quotas, etc.

Thats why they can take it civilly
