Switch up my workout a bit. I do P/L/P. I'll switch it up to more of a volume session or couple weeks, then go back into heavy (or vice versa). Or just take a week off. Let the body recover. It's amazing what some extra rest time will do.

Did a shoulder heavy, push day this morning. 6.9/10 rating. Lots of volume.

No friends that are tiresome (wouldn't keep them around if they were). I have a brother that's rough to be around, but I don't put myself around him often (been close to 5 years I'd guess). His issues (drug and personality) make it hard to be around. I won't put myself in those situations anymore and he just didn't make the cut.
