To me it looks like she goes in and then immediately thinks this is a bad idea but he grabs her hands. She attacks him as I'm asuming she thinks well he's got hold of me what can I do and then in retaliation for this he throws her.

I do think it's massively overkill. I don't think she was a real threat in this scenario and that she only properly attacked him once he grabbed her hands.

Things like this though with the seizure make you realise how dangerous it is getting punched or punching/ slammed or slamming people into the ground. I'm sure the guy just let his emotions get ahead of him and didn't intend to really hurt her, but in a split second things have gone really wrong. I always avoid confrontation because I have a ridiculously thin neck and would be the absolute first to get knocked out.
