You would be surprised, it is partly physical and partly mental. Going no fap or at the least no porn (and no mental fantasies) made a difference to me.

I had the deathgrip and had times when I couldn't even force myself to finish and then spent all day with a HBB and came in 60 seconds - so their is a mental aspect too, which no porn definitely helped.
