Not very often as a hotspot, 4G is costly here. I recharge data pack each month for 1.5GB, that's my rough usage.

What was the last new exercise you tried out that you really enjoyed?
Not a new exercise but some we did with barbell bicep curls.

I and my gym partner got ten 5lbs plates, started the curls with empty rod, then add 1 plate each side do 10 reps, add another plate do 10 reps/<10 if failure. Like this add all the ten plates. After the final plates were added, do until failure and rest for 30-40 secs and start the curls by removing plates.

So 1 Complete Ideal set would be:-

Empty rod * 10 reps
10 Lbs * 10 reps
20 * 10
30 * 10
40 * 10
50 * 10
Rest for 30-40 secs
50 * 10
40 * 10
30 * 10
20 * 10
10 * 10
Empty rod * 10

We did 2 such sets and arms were literally dead that day.

--

You gonna try the one above I mentioned?

Always stick it out, even if it's my team receiving the beating. Looking at tickets for KU vs UK in Lexington this year....hard place to win, but I'll stick it out regardless of the outcome.

Ha. I see people do that chit all the time. Comical. I'm a three pat person - wallet, keys, phone. If I leave anything else, fuk it, I'll just buy another.

Hardly ever, with either. Occasionally fried pickles or something similar, but usually, I just want the main course and am super happy to just order that.

Probably about once out of every ten times.

All machines at my gym except the pec deck. The motion angles are awkward on all of them, or I can't grip how I want. I'd much rather use a cable and attachment, but my cable machine is pretty limited

I so rarely take anything out of my bags, so I almost never leave anything. Phone chargers get left, but I just expense the new one..no biggy. I undress in front of my luggage and put it in a bag immediately. Wallet, keys, watch, etc go in a pile in front of the TV. laptop and phone are both plugged in beside the bed...always. Very routine for me. I get my deodorant and toothbrush/paste at my luggage and leave the carrier there.

Only if I have the kids, do I run. Going to get wet regardless.

Wear the mismatched decent ones for outdoor work, or to keep warm inside. Once the hole in the heel is big enough to see my ankle bone it goes bye-bye.

I think so, but never to the point I wake myself up. I know I snore like a mofo, I've woken myself up with them before.

When's the last time you put gum under a desk? Just looked over at the nightstand in the hotel, and can see a piece just hanging on the edge.

Rarely. Usually happens when I starve myself.

Do you think a fake smile is good or bad? I think it's good because the person is trying hard to smile at you when he can just remain neutral. OTOH, it's fake and thus not genuine.
