My wife called me at lunch not happy with what I posted on ******** today because our moms can see. Wasn't that bad. Just that illustration and a link showing that you can retract your vote and vote for somebody else if you want to. I begin to tell her why. She gets pissy and says well FYI, I'm not voting for Hillary but I'm not voting for Trump either.

All I heard was Not voting for Hillary

You hear that JR? There's still hope. Prob won't get any tonight but well worth it.

Need to hurry up and get registered so that I can vote for Trump.

Anybody voting for Hillary, or abstaining, is ultimately signaling that they want the next four years to be filled with scandals and investigations. I just can't fathom someone legitimately thinking that she'd be a good president and the best the democrats can offer unless they would somehow get a direct benefit by getting her elected.

Morning fellas. Latest news in the election is the FBI is the one leaking/hacking info to wiki/reddit/ect. Wouldn't that be interesting.

So my best buddy since I've known since the 3rd grade Dad passed away a few days ago. They found cancer on his liver and the docs said he was a good candidate for recovery. He decides to start chemo and after his first visit, the chemo port infected his blood (sepsis) and died 3 days later. The funeral is Friday and I'm so bad with death. I don't ever know what to say or do.

Team Hillary strikes out again. Crazy how high up the level of corruption is that the FBI can't even do their job.

Who would have thought the reddit neckbeard keyboard warriors would be heading up the charge in our next revolution.

It's hard to believe anything anymore. The whole world feels like a stage and we are just observers watching it all unfold.

You can call it tin foil hat (no im not one the bling Sandy Hook etc was staged/fake) but Hillary was supposedly the favorite when she gets 200 people at events and trumps fills stadiums. Most of the leading political agendas (gay marriage, BLM, all this transgender nonsense) are things that are "heavily" on the people's minds when they only effect 10-13% of the population.

Nobody is good with death, especially when it is sudden and unexpected. Just let your friend know that if he needs you for absolutely anything, that you will be there. Have your wife throw together a casserole or something that they can heat up for dinner, or something. They are crazy with arranging the funeral, etc. and won't have the time or urge to cook.

Also, just be present. Call him on the daily for the 1st couple weeks and just shoot the ****. That's what my husbands best friend did for him when his brother passed. Hubby said he really appreciated how his friend tried to make it 'normal' and not super serious all the time.

I'm sorry for their loss.

Ah man. My best friend since pre-school's dad passed away a couple years ago. He went pretty fast too. Because I've known them for so long, it felt like I had also lost a father. Hang in there Gix.

And, what Getzz said.

I've been chatting with his wife because I was worried my buddy was in no condition to talk. I did text him this morning asking if I could take him to lunch or help out in anyway. Also, letting him know we will all be there on Friday for the funeral. I'll start checking in with him daily and have the wifey cook up a dinner. He's got a ton of family that live here so I'm sure they are getting lots of support.

When my boss's son died last year I was such a fuk up. I wanted to do something really nice for them but hardly did a thing because I'm always so afraid it will remind them of what happened and upset them even more. Like I said, I really suck with death.

I try to flip the situation and me personally wouldn't want the constant contact and reminders of what happened. I'd just want my close family around and try to move on. But everyone is different and I was born with a dik and have no idea how to read people's emotions.
