Got my PSA blemished lower today, and considering most say they can never find the blemish, I was a little disappointed. On top of some uneven finished parts, there's a big chunk if finish missing out near the bolt catch? See pic. Can I cover this silver covered eyesore with anything to make it blend in and not stand out? Model paint or something?

If it were me, and I were concerned with that blem, I'd first buff it with something like an emory board or something and then hit it with high quality spray paint.

Or take the opportunity to paint the entire rifle.

Yeah I mean the rest is plenty good enough. Just need to dab that one area with something black, that will stay black really.

Looks like one of their trainees installed that one. Take a sharpie to it and forget about it. If you dont want a blemished item then pay normal price next time. It's marked down for a reason

State firearms laws have only improved since I moved here a decade ago. Open carry legal, shall issue, no training requirement, NFA okay, long gun open carry legal without license and concealed legal with license, handgun car carry legal no license, only annoying things are schools, churches you need permission to carry BUT if you don't have it and carry and get caught it's a fine not to exceed $100 and cannot be arrested, and colleges are off limits (colleges you can have it in your car if you have a license, schools you can carry while picking up and dropping off students)

I wouldnt keep anything firearm related in a "cheap" cabinet. Just leave it in the cases and get a door lock.

I assume most people get 'residential security containers' (which, really, aren't hardly any better than stack on cabinets) because they:

-Hide what precisely you have from casual observers that may end up in your home
-Keep children decisively out (when locked)
-Keep overly nosy friends/acquaintenance/family members/roomates who are too socially retarded to know better from poking around in your ****
-Help you organize by cramming everything in, it looks organized and neat with the door shut
-May buy several minutes of time during a burglary, which might be enough to make a difference as your alarm is sounding and dogs are barking and a call is going to the monitoring center then to you then to the police then eventually the police respond (but don't count on it being THE difference maker)

Im from Memphis originally and live in Wyoming

Everyone in my Family is a Braves fan.

But I always liked the Cubs because growing up to Sammy Sosa thinking he wasn't on juice vs McGuire was an epic time.

Plus my cousin of the same age is a Cards fan because his mom is from St. Louis

All this.

The least of my worries is somebody stealing my ammo. I mean who the fuk is going to go for the heaviest boxes in the house with a minimal value? I just want it organized and out of sight.
