Not a single day is same for me. Mostly depends on how much sleep I get, working in night shifts is tiresome.

Anything over 1.5 hours is a long one. I've been trying to stay around 1 hour from lifting and half an hour if I'm doing cardio. Sets, no idea. I just do what I want dude. Lol

I had an Atari 2600 too. Went through a chitload of joysticks. Missile Command was my favorite. I remember playing pong in the 70's though.

Couple pieces, not much really. We have a lot left over, that I'll be chipping away on over time. I'm guessing I'll finish it off in late Jan or Feb.

Didn't sleep well last night. Watched the Cubs/Indians Game 7, and my neck still hurts from squatting improperly on Sunday - though it is getting better. Excited to buy air tix for spring break in PR though. Would love to go back to sleep.

This week, very little. Didn't show up until around noon today and leaving at 430(and I haven't done anything work related since I got here). Each week also varies, based on if I'm in a facility or outside looking in. Generally a lot more going on when I'm outside.

Besides food, my last purchase was a cold/heat pad. It won't be here until tomorrow though, so no review/rating available.

The last purchase before that was a memory foam pillow. I'd give it a 7/10 right now, but I'm still playing with the amount of stuffing in it to get the right "fluffiness." It feels nice and is very plump, but I have a feeling it will be too stiff when I remove enough of the stuffing to make it not so thick.

Yes. You go to the cable tricep extensions with rope, you put as much weight based off your body weight. Keeping your arms in a90 degree angle position while holding the ropes, you lean back until you touch the floor. Then you slowly rise back up in an upward position. I call them dead man's pull exercise.
