There's alot of good stuff in the yolks, but it also carries some bad (depending on your dietary goals).
Egg whites are a pure protein powerhouse and a very good clean, low calorie source for protein.

To get the best of both worlds, when I make eggs I use a dozen eggs, but I only use the yolks of 2-3 of them and just use the whites of the rest. Gets me a ton of protein with lesser fat, but still a decent hit of all that yolky micronutrient and taste goodness.

Yea thats pretty gross, if you think about the way most animals are farmed (brb chickens eating each others ****, and cows p much unable to move and just surrounded by **** and regurgitated feed, farmed fish being fed bi product of slaughtered animals, aka ground up bird beaks and pieces of bone and fat) its gross to eat them but im not about to be a skinny fuk any time soon so i just cover it with hot sauce, and chew with my mouth closed. Wild caught fish is the only natural animal protein you can get despite people talking about organic this and that.

Also on a different note, recieved my rifle yesterday.

Intended to install the radlock but couldnt get the mag release out, didnt have a small enough driver, or the ines i had couldnt be leveraged in a way that i could un screw the keeper on the spring. Ordered a tool which basically looks like a tube with a couple of notches milled into the end of it. i was also unable to depress the button and unscrew it from the back side of the receiver. cause of the "camel toe" that keeps it aligned.

This is why I have my own chickens that free range. Fresh eggs with dark orange yolks

Some dietary fat is necessary though and what you find in eggs is good for you. If you need to cut fat out of your diet, I'd cut it somewhere else where possible. I also wouldn't eat 12 eggs though. Can only stand about 3.

I have a M&P15 ver 1.0 that I bought in California.

The bullet-button tool you bought won't work. The splines are tiny and aluminum. They will just get mangled and the bullet-button won't budge. Some super-strong thread-lock is used. I also tried using a soldering iron to heat up the thread-lock to soften it. That didn't work either.

I removed my bullet-button by drilling it out. Get a titanium bit, and use a steady hand to avoid damaging the lower.

Once it is out, you can go rogue and install a real mag-release, or whatever California-compliant fuktardation is out there now. Stay safe.

My diet is well over half meat by weight. I get a ton of fat through that (even an excess by some dietary standards), so I try to trim it back where I can (peel skin off of chickens, trim extra fat on steaks, limit yolks, etc).

I eat alot in general so my portions of everything are just larger than most.

It's true. I won't. I'm in a constant battle with myself about how I'm too small, but simultaneously a fat piece of chit. Never know whether I should try to bulk or cut more. Unsuccessful summer cut only got me down to like ~13%. I'm still disgusting. Only 4-5 months worth of possible bulking before I need to try and cut for the summer all over again. Body building is so hard!

Whats the legit long range ballistics I can expect out of the 7.62x39? I want to take it out to about 400 yds which seems doable, anyone with any experience in this matter?
