Do you think women can do glute work to form a nice booty, or is it more genetic and can't be improved upon much?
I'd guess genetics to be a big part of the equation, but squatting or direct gluten work couldn't hurt.

I've used 2. Optimum Nutrition Pro Complex Gainer, and Carnivor Mass.
Had pretty good success with both, ON's was a lot of powder though.

Assuming you lift/workout, do you do it for Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, General Fitness, or something else?
Squat: 500, Bench: 350, Deadlift: 530.

Go to the bathroom. Cry it out. Gather your emotions together. Head back out and face the day.

I have lifting "seasons" where work isn't in the way as much and I can get more consistency in. I'd say during the seasons, once every couple weeks, when outside the seasons, once every month and a half.

Stumbled onto it after lurking, then posting in the Injury thread. Great place to learn of how to rehab and what do expect about lifting injuries. Luckily I haven't needed to visit it in a long time.

Lurked on Over 35 Misc, but that was too slow and one dimensional. Misc overall is too negative, idealistic and dumbed down. Then found this thread and a couple others - that's enough for me. Great groups posts here. Very tight.

Yes. A couple times. No fun. Lots of work and a long time clearing it up.

I check them once a week or so just to make sure no funny business is going on. I too have had my CC stolen a few times...pain in the tushy

How much does it bother you to get filthy (covered in dirt, grease, etc...)? And what were you doing the last time you did get filthy?

(I don't mind it, assuming I can get cleaned up right afterwards and my clothes don't get ruined)

If I'm really getting some stuff done, I don't mind it at all. Generally wear chitty clothes if I know I'm about to do something, so I don't worry about ruining clothes.

I'm fine with getting dirty if I know beforehand that I'm going to get dirty. It's those projects that just pop up while I'm still in my dress shirt and tie that piss me off. Put me in a t-shirt and shorts and I'm good, make me dirty while I'm in my loafers and I'm ticked.

Been doing that in bits and pieces lately. Should have worked around the house and yard yesterday, but took it easy so I could lift. That's my version of rebelling.

Was gonna post this in your User CP but ur on spread so hopefully if Muzzie sees it while she ignores it she isn't incredibly pissed over it...."Brah I want me some of that Muzzie puzzie!".

I swear in regular conversation, in places where it's deemed inappropriate I restrain myself.

When I do yard work I wear hats but only then.
