I feel the same way about scotch. Only instead of a feed silo it's the bottom of a bong.
Tequila is that way for me.

The guy down the street was having a party last night. He had a Hillary sign at one point this year, can only imagine the disappointment in his whole house.

My fellow "tolerant" millenials are absolutely hilarious this AM. Funny how they went on and on about him being a bigot, arrogant, jerk, racist, and yet, theyre doing the same thing this morning.

So, here we are. Trump is president. At this point, everyone just needs to band together and accept it. The anger and hate isn't gonna help anything. Love your neighbours and all that.

If trump starts ****ing **** up though... I better not have to listen to you guys whine and bitch about it because you put him there.

Exactly. And I HIGHLY doubt he will. You don't become a billionaire businessman by surrounding yourself with incompetent people and making poor decisions on average. I think he is smart when it comes to realizing what he does and does not know, and you will see it in whom he selects around him. Highly doubt it will be party centric. He's a "republican" on the ballot...that's it.

I think people will see he's quite a bit more moderate in his practice vs. his public persona. I say crazy chit but at the end of the day I don't actually want to eat hippies. Dude is a prolific self-marketer and he knew what to say and when to say it. Now it's time for tangible results.

That's exactly what I said to my Aunts (who live in California) and are freaking out. Up at 5 am, getting drunk because they are so ****ed up about it. I said Maybe Trump said what he knew would work for votes. He got his votes, bu the actual changes he will make could be good changes. He had a target market. All of matts parents would have voted trump over Hilary. He appealed to their "views".

This. No reason to get worked up. And if they were terrified about Trump, good god, Clinton threw national security to the wind. REPEATEDLY.

This. Friend of mine also made a good point. He LOVES being on camera and having attention. I could see a government crisis like previous with the government shutting down and he gets on TV and "talks" to the US, calls out congress, and tells people to email/write their congress people.

Theres a reason no one inDC likes him. Games are over. He will call them out.

Humanity needs an enema. Trump might not be the ideal guy when all is said and done but it's a good start.

Yep. He would simply get my vote on everyone in DC hating him alone. They don't like people who aren't "political" and will call them on their chit.

The reality is we're fed up with establishment politics, the news media and our elected officials and this was our chance to prove it. Its a big middle finger to Washington that they need to get back in touch with reality and if it takes a pussy grabbing carnival barker getting in there and riling them up then so be it.

Kamala Harris, the most anti 2a AG ever gets elected to the Senate, and now Gavin Newsome is going to have to steam going into the next run for Governor. **** we're dumb.

The best quote I heard was something like

- Hillary wants to use the establishment to continue business as usual
- Bernie wants to grab hold of the establishment and steer it to the light
- Trump is standing outside, lobbing in Molotov cocktails until the screams die down so he can bring in the bulldozer and construction crew

Sometimes a complete tear down is better than one more reno.

First of all, I'd like to apologize to Canada. You guys better take note and start building a wall.

Second, let freedom ring. Finally, after decades of abuse, the majority spoke louder than the minority. When Pennsylvania fell, America said enough is enough. We will no longer put your liberal feelings ahead of our country. We now control the house, senate, and supreme court with Trump at the reins. This is what change looks like. This is how you get shi+ done. Hold onto your butts because DC is about to get rick-rolled.

They already have been. Van Jones from CNN was claiming "white-lash" and msnbc's Rachel Maddow was crying on tv last night.
