The only thing I feel was a waste, was the money I spent on alcohol in the my 20's. I spent so much. I think about the investments Ishould'vemade and the things I could buy today with the money I made on those investments. I'm doing good now though, just not as good as I should've been.

I went to one when I was in high school - I went when no one else was there because I was ashamed of being so scrawny. I was 16 and lasted maybe two months. Long long time ago. Always route for the lonely skinny 16 year old guys working out now - know where they're coming from.

Last injury you had and how long did it last?
Just a couple strains in the shoulder blade region and the pain only lasted a couple days. Both times were involved with super heavy deadlifts and are key reasons I don't attempt PR's very often with DL's.

Hooked up with a chicken for 3-4 months that I worked with at the hotel. Nothing really came of it, as it was just a fling and we both knew it. Ended and well. If I know TJF well I'd say he was asking how long someone has had a "friend with benefits." Back in the day mine would last a couple months tops. You can unwrap the same package and get excited all over again only so much.
