Talking **** about each other's BMWs is entertaining and all, but we mustn't get away from the main point of this thread.
Which is about someone who lives with his parents who pay for his accommodation, utilities, most of his food, etc etc who can't understand why people who have to pay for all these things themselves have less savings than him.

When I worked i always put away 300~ it allowed me to quit my job and go to college 2 years and uni 4 years lol. I used to always have 3-4k in my bank doing nothing.
I miss that but even still living off student loan I'm never short of money and still go on holiday once a year. I can't comprehend how people are so careless with money.
My parents literally have food in for 1 week of the month and then live off bread/milk cups of tea for the rest of the month. Both work full time too and earn like 35-40k between them and also live in a rented council house... I don't understand how you can he so poverty and careless and actually enjoy living

Couldnt agree more, very similar to yourself with savings etc, always make sure i have immediate access to 5k minimum incase of emergency and have more money tied up maybe a few days to access.
