Go.
As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.

solid jump. I'd be chitting myself worrying those interlocking blocks would slide out and I'd come crashing down to earth in a pile of plastic blocks.Gonna just put an old video up since I can't do this at my chit commercial gym. I know it obviously doesn't count but it's all good boyos.

tfw used to be on high jump team but now have a bum leg and can't enter this comp.
On another note, it's interesting that this is an actual lifting/exercise thread and it's a 3 star thread while sh*tty troll threads are getting 5 stars.

Jumping was never my thing. 30 and that might be my final attempt. Or not.
As i get older I am realizing i have to get while the gettings good. I can put stats and PR's up here all day long. But, the main concepts with my workouts....
1. GO BIG OR GO HOME.
2. FORM IS EVERYTHING
3. BREATHE.

The car model is a 2001 Toyta Camry so ~55.4 inches (according to google).
Did this as a stand still jump, but I'm 100% positive that I can get more with a step just don't want to be bothered trying lol.

Ayyy, this is a cool entry. Good to see people throwing up a video that's lifting related and pushing themselves with different limits.Got 46 inches. This is the highest thing I could find within a 10 minute walk of my house.
