Get out of bed, have a couple spoonfuls of yogurt and then go outside to cool off for a couple minutes. Then I go back to bed. Usually works.

Anything over six at this point. I have good caffeine tolerance since I average about four cups a day.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how annoying is it when someone is teaching you something and they say, 'uhh' often?

I want to punch them in the face repeatedly.

Destroyed an old vacuum cleaner with a hammer and my bare hands in the garage a couple months ago. It was a great workout, BTW. Very pissed off about something at work. Also used said rage for some PR's lifting, so the energy wasn't wasted.

For me it's a lot of things, not just one. My main motivations are wanting to be healthy for my family, look/feel better. Also, me being a good bit over weight I think it another big motivator. When I get down to a certain weight, my clothes fit a lot better, so I feel better as a result.
