28 as fuk. I don't feel old at all really, physically anyways. I could still get hammered, and go to work on three hours of sleep and function fine like I used to. Only difference is that now I've learned it's not worth it. Only time I feel old is when I get all preachy about kids not interacting IRL cause they're on their phones all the damn time. Otherwise, I feel pretty damn youthful, but with more wisdom and more tools in the tool box. A bit more jaded I guess, especially when I spend too much time reading the negativity magnet that is the misc. Also no kids/wife helps me feel young.

Most guys in their late 20s have this issue. I certainly did. And then I actually turned 30 and realized that's it's no big deal. In fact, I'd say my life is generally better. Wiser, less emotional, more confident, get laid more. The only downside is that if you were an athlete at all your body isn't going to be quite the same at my age as it was when it was 22. Less agile, slower recovery.
And it seems that a lot of the older guys who are satisfied with their age are also with much younger women. My girl is 23, so I guess I'm in that club.

The "take care of yourself" part cant be emphasized enough. Stay 15% bf or less. I have friends my age that legit look 40 because they're fat, sloppy and broke.

96 crew, aka 20. I mean, I don't feel 20, legit feel like i could be 18. Just saying the number "20" sounds wrong. But that's life son. I remember beeing 15 and age 20 was far far away. But here we are. But everyone at works keep saying how im still a child / a very very young man. So I guess it's not that old if you think about it. So now, when people are saying they are 27-28 etc, that sounds old to me. But time flies so fast so im soon there :/
I remember when i was like 15, and there were posts on ******** saying stuff like "next year 94's can do porn". And now, next year, people born 99 can do porn... But i've been trying to travel and party and having as much fun as i generally can until I turn 25. after that I think it's time to retire from the party lifestyle.

Getting back into powerlifting and just played football with friends. Feeling sore but I still feel the same at 30. I don't see myself slowing down physically due to my age. If anything I want to continue lifting and pushing

Still feel pretty young at almost 27 but like some other people in here have said, I don't hang out with anyone my own age.
I think I only have 1 friend that I regularly talk to my age. Everybody else is married, has kids, etc.

27 is ****ing prime. Get out there and kill it.
I'm 45 and still think I'm 19 half the time.
Don't get hung up on where you should be by what age bull****. It doesn't matter. Nothing matters. You're here, then you're gone. Some people die young, get cancer, whatever. You can plan your whole life out then get creamed by an 18 wheeler.
Do what you want. There is no payoff down the road other than family.

My body (mainly back) just feels old and worn out but I got id'Ed twice this weekend and still can party harder than the younguns. Dunno if that's something to brag about though

29 here, OP
Yes, I've also been through some strange existentialist kinds of thought in the past few years.
It's startling to realise that the once young and able bodies we have, undergo senescence after our mid-30s.
Something we must all acknowledge - change is inevitable. That's life. If you are stuck in a static (rather than dynamic) concept of things, and are resistant to change, you're going to have a bad time.

brb back hurts
brb vision and hearing noticeably worse (srs)
brb getting sicker more often and taking longer to recover
brb bones creeking
try your best to stay young while you can brahs, do whatever you can (avoid smoking, drinking, eating like ****) SRS you will thank yourself in the future.

almost 37 and I am having the time of my life
I've got reptiles, I misc and I am divorced into an FA. No woman telling me what to do (though the second income was great), I live alone with the reptiles and my 2 dogs. I watch UFC PPV's and stream the WWE network. It gets NO BETTER THAN THIS SH*T. Life is so rad.
