23-24 were the best years. I felt like I could do anything. At 25 reality started to set in.

32 checking and feeling like my best ever.

Libido working overtime
Zero wrinkles
High test
Look more vital and able than people in their 20s
Attract women from every age bracket
Sexually, professionally and socially mature
Homeowner and schedule my own hours

Feeling pretty happy atm

Single, free to mingle and enjoying the **** out of life.

I learned along the way that "feeling old" is misguided. I say this because I felt like I was old at 20 and 25 and 30 etc. I look at 20 year olds now and think "jesus, they're just kids". Yet, at that age I thought I was old and more mature than I actually was.

Being 32 years old now and with that knowledge I understand that yes I am mature adult responsible for his own life and livelihood but I am not as old as my mind would like to convince me. I am finding my 30s to be an excellent balance between maturity and youthfulness. When I say youthfulness I am not referring to anything social or what is popularly referred to as being youthful (adolescent, very young).
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.

And we have the humility to know that in 10 years we'll realize there was so much we didn't know at age 32.

31 checking in..never been fitter and that's thanks to the misc for developing my interest in lifting, although I wish I had started much younger!

If you take care of yourself (exercise, multivitamins, sunscreen on your face when you go out, drink lots of water, eat well, sleep 7-8 hours...) you will feel good longer and you won't feel old even in your 30's.

One reason why I also don't feel old is that in my 20's I have done everything I wanted to, even if it was risky. ie. quitting my good-paying job to move across the world just because I wanted to experience something new.. If you do what you want in your 20's, come your 30's you'll feel proud of your actions and accomplishments and feel alive. Your 20's should be a time of experiments...not popping out kids and getting married.

32 and don't feel old at all.

It's interesting that all the 30+ year olds feel great. I'd say if you can maintain that positive attitude into your 30's (and still lift), you'll probably make it.

Im 24, i feel old

Wehn i was 19 people used to ask me if i was married and i would be like "lol no, im too young"

Now when people ask if im married its more like. "Lol no, im too, foreveralone"
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"
