I agree though, the scheduling would be impossible. The chain of classes you have to take to satisfy pre-requisites for upper level courses does not allow taking so many classes per semester.

2nd year Electrical Engineering I had 7 courses and 42 hour week. BRB classes/labs from 8:30AM to 6:30PM...

It was tough no doubt, but was still only 14 credit hours. MAYBE took 40 hours per week outside of class, but 100 hours for 7 courses is like saying you would need some 70 hours per week to take 5

Besides, of your 7 courses, how many are 3000 level engineering courses? None? that's what I thought *******. I took 5 3000 level engineering courses simultaneously, at probably the most rigorous engineering school in the nation. It was NOT easy.

But tell me about how your english 1102 and math core classes mixed in with a couple engineering courses compare.
