If I have to sit still at a doctor's office, I take a stroll. Can't sit in one place for too long (more than 5 minutes).

Revenant might i add is brilliant in 4K Ultra.

I practice my deep breathing relaxation techniques. Even in public, I just do them subtly so noone notices.

Have you ever been on stage for anything significant (play, contest, etc)? What's it feel like.

Yep been on stage for large presentations with work and also for comps. Two different feelings but felt a huge buzz when on stage for the comp

That's exactly what I do, as well. Just started, actually, doing breathing techniques after a ton of amazing advice and they have helped me SO much in the crucial time when anxiety is really taking over! I can't believe such a simple fix like breathing techniques actually helps my nervous-system calm down so much, but it really works.

Yes, I have...for a play! It was so exhilarating! I am a introvert by nature, but I am also a creative, and being a part of a play was so fun. The lights shine hard, so you can't actually see the audience, which is a benefit, because it allows you to focus on your lines and the moment. It's a really exciting type of anticipation before you take the stage, and when you're on it, you're totally absorbed in the moment. Great feeling

Ultra High-Definition (4K) video is the next big step in TV technology. Find out if now's the time to upgrade. High definition has meant 1080p (1,920 by 1,080) resolution for years now, and it's ready for an upgrade. That's where ultra high-definition, or UHD, television comes in. You might have heard it called 4K.

Breathing does do wonders, I never paid it any mind until this year. I can breath myself into a sedate relaxed state even. Like how you feel after an adrenalin dump sometimes. Like the feeling you'd get after being extremely pumped up. I cannot explain it, it's early, I'm still getting my coffee in but best thing I can equate it to is, the feeling after your body takes a lot out of you...mothers who are weak have lifted heavy vehicles to save their children. A feat that maybe most of them couldn't do outside a life or death situation. But they pull some Incredible Hulk stuff when that adrenalin rushes. But afterward you feel very calmed down. It's like that with my panic and anxiety, only after deep breathing I feel in that calm post-jittery state.

RU a funny person IRL? (Me I have been told I am...but only when I want to be)

A month or two.

Do people judge you and make assumptions about you before getting to know you and if so do you bother to correct them?

Yeah; even the people who know me sometimes make lame assumptions about me. I don't bother correcting people anymore because I honestly don't give a damn. If it's a friend then I'll tell them once, but after that I'll let them believe whatever they want to.

Umm...I never assume people judge me, but if I get that vibe through interactions, I will definitely put in the effort to correct them. It can fall on deaf ears, tho, and those are the people I phase out, because it's essentially toxic to keep people around who think you're one way when you're not. Constructive criticism is a healthy thing, but someone who doesn't even understand you fully trying to tell you 'who you are' is basically gaslighting and those people gotta go ---->

When was the last time you decided you cut someone out of your life?
Late October - a bunch of them.

Not very often. I may itch my back or arm when getting undressed before going to bed or I have noticed when I am concentrating/thinking about something I may rub or scratch my forehead.

How many people do you class as close friends and how often do you communicate with them?

Zero. There are a few people I talk to occasionally, but they're not ones I would count on for anything.

Do you know a legit creep IRL? If so, what's he like?

I've known a few. The main one that stands out is the typical FA + 20 years. Just so clearly socially inept and couldn't pick up on nonverbal cues at all. Seems harmless but still veering on weird.

What was the most recent song you had on constant replay?
