Depends on the state, i think states like texas allow cheating into the divorce proceedings and can deny alimony and spousal support, still screwed for childcare tho

Yes. And you'll be giving her monthly payments until she gets remarried (she won't). From an entirely legal perspective, marriage is usually a TERRIBLE deal for men. Absolutely awful.

You would need definitive proof, and even still yes she's probably getting half your stuff. Don't get married.

Half is bull****,. it will be way more then that.

You will lose the following:

House

car

kids

You of course will still have to pay for it all plus your own place so its way more then half. The only half you will get is if you sell the house and split the money from that sale. What are you going to do though, sell your house so your kids dont have a home? of course not.
"To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda

If you get a smart lawyer he will advise you to sell everything and just make it a business transaction - smartest thing you can do in the situation.

Lawyers need to get paid, so they promise the ex-wife the Sun, Moon and Stars and try to get them to clean you out. So yeah, your ex might be amicable during the process at first, then hit you with a fuking cross out of no where and then beat you till you stay down figuratively. Because the lawyer advised her to do it so they both can get as much $$ from u as possible

100% absolutely not true.

Depends on the state really, but in most states, unless the signer was under duress, a prenup prepared by a lawyer will almost always hold up.

You listed a lot of caveats and conditions there. A good opposing lawyer will poke holes in any prenuptial agreement and will leave it a shell of its former self.

Is it better than nothing?sure

Does it guarantee you much asset security?not as much as you'd think

Funny thing is a woman can say she was under duress because you refused to marry her unless she signed. As dumb as it sounds it works a has worked depending on judge. Marriage is a terrible deal especially if kids are ever involved. Even if your wife is a coke head, Meath head etc. You have to go through so much to prove it in order to get your kids. Law is not remortley close to even during the divorce process. Women get alimony rather easily from wealthier men, but for a men are usually told to toughen up and will get maybe 6 months of it if anything. Just lol @ equal rights when it suites them and ignoring these bs marriage laws

This. If you had a prenup where bish is recorded, with her attorney present, states she has been fully advised, swears under oath that she is under no duress, THEN you got a good prenup. Lol good luck finding a bish who will do this.

It's such a fuking stupid law that was only relevant in times where women had nearly zero professional careers and self-support, it was a law for protection but in today's environment it's outdated and no longer needed. Why don't you see these independent, self-sustaining women protesting against these archaic laws? Oh right, because it's a form of discrimination that gives them a positive result, so it's ok then. The courts are so gender biased it's just one big fuking scam. If your partner cheats they should get nothing, and TBH some shi*hole countries have laws where they are jailed for a few months but TBH those related laws are already better than our current Western ones.

A prenup won't get you out of alimony and it won't protect post-marital assets. If you're an employed man, divorce will hit your wallet hard; this is regardless of the existence of a prenup. The most financially secure method of marriage is no marriage at all.

Most high income earning women don't want to be with lower income/lower status men. Now there may be exceptions (Doctor with engineer or lawyer) but by and large water seeks its own level.

Inb4 flood of miscers have wives who are HBB 10/10 wives who are CEO 10k/day and they keep the wife happy with their 10 inch dong.

Marriage is highly unfair to men in today's day and age, but you don't see feminists complaining about it. In their minds, female superiority= equal rights.

this, i've read countless horror stories of prenups, on homes, property, stuff. honestly, if a chic gets an attorney and a judge is a female, theres likely chance you gonna get wrecked. read about it a lot, (bought house) so i was wanting to learn how to protect my assets, essentially. you cant.
