I never knew this wtf, marriage is a terrible choice

How can you get divorsed without having to give her payments ?

How can you get divorsed and keep the kids?
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

-I'd rather live life saying "I failed" than "I could have"

Laugh all you want. Facts are facts and stats and studies have shown this. It is also biologically built into women to want to be with a good provider. There are always exceptions but I don't make huge bets based on exceptions as most things reduce back to the mean eventually.

There are things you can do to avoid a lot of the risk: any assets or accounts you have before marriage - keep them separate.
Don't just create a joint account and transfer everything in. Any income you earn during the marriage: do not fund your individual accounts.

Keep you pre-marriage accounts completely separate from post-marriage.

Not sure where you're from, but in the US, non-marital assets can be lost in a divorce.

In most US states she would get half of whatever the two of you aquired together.

As always in any divorce you always keep 100% of the property you had before you got together.

Here in cali I've read that assets from before the marriage stay with the individual. Things get more complicated when there are kids involved. But that begs the question if going through the trouble of managing assets and property to stay with you after a divorce is worth the benefit of getting married in the first place.

When contested non-marital assets can't be proven to be non-marital assets, they become marital assets. Lawyers will target everything of value with hopes some of the non-marital items are able to slip through. There's a whole process for non-marital assets. It's not as simple as saying"but I had that before the marriage."Read through some of the divorce horror stories posted on various parts on the internet. It's pretty common for folks to complain about losing non-marital assets. If you can't prove you bought that solid gold bar with cash before your marriage, you probably won't be holding on to it, partner.

This, they aren't worth anything because they don't benefit women, absolutely serious.

Getting married and losing half my chit would be unbearable. Personally I can't see myself getting married at any point, but if I am ever in the situation where I'd lose half my chit I'd just say YOLO and blow 100% of it.

I've known divorce horror stories personally so don't doubt at all what you say that many people get unfairly screwed of property that should be entitled to them.

You can't even feel bad for marriage cucks anymore if they get a divorce. They were asking to get robbed by their "Soulmates" by signing that paper. You literally have to be an idiot to get married in todays age given the divorce statistics and the steady increase year by year. You don't need a paper to indicate your love for your partner and if she can't understand that then she's not worth it. Also it's safe to say you are 100% not thinking rationally and making an illogical emotional decision by getting married. Yes the wife still gets half or a good portion even if she cheats. Marriage will never be worth it unless you're in some delusional world where you think everyone lives happily ever after like it's the 70s.

Of course. Shes grown accustomed to a certain lifestyle. Why should she have to forfeit that because you pushed her to sleep with another man you pig?
"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."

Your wife could suck off an entire HS football team with your kids in the house at the time and still get most of your assets.

So this is why you don't marry a girl who stays at home and doesn't do chit all day

Say you have no kids and both get paid around the same, who get's to keep the house? Would it be the one whose name it's under?

Wealth and debt would be split equally. One gets the House and debt to balance things out, or house is sold, many ways to split it.

I think that's extremely unlikely unless you either invest martial income into the account or spend the money on an asset (like a house) while married.

Out of interest, would I be safer buying a house before getting married? I assume so.

If you don't co-mingle funds you have a decent shot to keep them. In terms of buying the house, I wouldn't be so sure. She gonna live in it? Even if you make all the mortgage payments, she owns a 50% share in the equity in the home that is acquired after marriage. Same with a stock you bought prior to marriage. You own outright the stock you paid for prior to marriage, but if that stock goes up during marriage she gets a 50 percent share in whatever amount the stock went up post marriage as that wealth was generated after the marriage.

So like I said, keeping assets apart really becomes less meaningful the longer the marriage goes unless you have a LOT of wealth (close to millions) which every miscer is CEO 10k/day anyway. College Degrees are one of the few things that you own 100 percent outright and your spouse can never have any interest in, one of the very few loopholes.
