I would disprove the lies that masturbation causes hairy palms and blindness...after that I'd use my knowledge of the future to make a lot of money, marry an honest, loving woman and raise children the right way. The 50s were a great time. Not making it back to 2016 is not a bad thing at all, I'd still make it to the 90s and I'd go out knowing full well that I have successfully avoided the politically correct era, the SJW era, essentially all the mental illnesses era, I'd go out with a smile...yes, knowing that I've lived through the last great time that humanity will ever know, the 90s. My kids will be set up for success in the dangerous world that is to follow...I'll also tell them not to go into New York on a certain day in 2001.
