I'll second anything from By Kilian's oud line, I have Rose Oud and it is so far above any of the other oud frags I've smelled. I also enjoyed New York Oud but it is a rose/oud combo that falls way short of Rose Oud By Kilian. Royal Oud caught me off guard by how much I liked it but I didn't think it was that "oud", it was just kind of hanging in the background while the spices played front and center.

Just received Armaf CDNI in the mail. I love it already. I havent tried Aventus yet(college poverty time) but this fragrance is polarizing. I can see how some people might not like it, it starts off real smokey/diesely mixed with citrus notes. It's a real badass scent.

Some guy bought seven SDV bottles and another person bought four SDV at the Guerlain VIP sale today. (Not me) All the old bottles of SDV are sold out now!!!

Luckily, I'm saving up to go big in Paris sometime next year so don't need anymore SDV.

Was in Sephora a few weeks ago to grab some samples of Sauvage and D&G Intenso... they had this gift set that seemed really cool, but I passed on it. It was a travel bag with samples of 12 of their most popular men's scents and a certificate for a free full size bottle of any of the samples. How it works is you try all of the samples over time, and then bring the cert back in store to exchange for a bottle. It's interesting how when I first tried Oud Wood, I hated it. Now it's basically my top fragrance for fall. Running out of my sampler, may consider buying a full bottle..
