If you don't own a North Face jacket...

I have some bad news. It is a status symbol and attracts sloots. Don't even bother with any other type of jacket. It's like the BMW/benz of jackets.

Have a grey fleece jacket for about 7 yrs now and will wear it almost every it is cold out. Still in great condition til this day so solid material.

Would recommend and buy again.

Do folks still wear those jackets? I don't think they do, partner. Back in middle school, the band kids used to always wear North Face. I figured they were out of style now since my local Goodwill has an abundance of them.

Status symbol that can be bought for the price of a Walmart jacket.

There's a Northface outlet store in San Marcos, TX (30 minutes south of Austin, TX). You can buy that jacket in OP's post for $25-30 during winter...not even "out of season price". I'm sure you can find these prices online as well.
