Can confirm. I met my current gf while I was on exchange, that was 4 years ago.

Knew probably 40/50+ people who had partners in their home countries who all at least had one hookup while on exchange.

In these types of threads there's always some beta fuk like this guy who tries to justify female behaviour and cheating. Every single time.

If you are in a relationship and you don't want another dude to stick his disgusting unkempt dink in your girlfriends mouth, vagina, and *******, then don't for the love of god let her go overseas without you. Especially not for 6 months.

The fukk was your buddy thinking?

You know who ****s people when they're away from their partners in a different country if the opportunity arises with someone better than yourself? EVERYONE.

Either be the absolute pinnacle of a human so that no one is better than you, or don't do it lmao.

No sympathy here.

I will tell you what I tell other people.

-We are animals at our core.....which means we need 3 things
...-Procreate for herds survival
........-Sub the procreation with obviously not monogamous
...-Food/shelter
...-Survival of the fittest-ish-ness....kinda. I would describe this as, the calf that is born with a broken leg gets left behind

The other part is the fact that there is always someone out there that is better than who you are with.....this may also be an animal instinct as females want to procreate with alpha males....not alpha like you *******s think. Flipside is there is someone out there better than you and your girl may end up meeting that guy at some point....thats when chit gets fuked....

People cheat because we created a construct of marriage and relationships......promises to stay loyal. My ex told me if Johnny Depp were in front of her she would cheat on me with him.....I find that ok because shes being honest. It's something i realize, doesn't make me a cuck, just makes her more human and makes me understand her better. As in.....I can only trust what I know and if I didn't know she cheated than *shrug* wtf can I do?

People are weird, people are stupid, and given the chance they will fuk everyone over and over again to get ahead in life....or whatever they consider ahead.....could be a girl in a rap video all the way to a female wanting that ceo promotion......if she needs to fire people who are better than her to get her way to the top.....

6 Months is too much time to be alone with your thoughts......time zone changes causes communication to be stale at best. Lack of physical touch.....etc etc

If I were in a local relationship and my gf wanted to go away for 6 months, I would part ways and tell her to hit me up after shes back to see if its still there, and if she banged every Jamal and Chad there....then fuk her nothxjoff.....if she kept contact info of other guys, nothxjoff......id just be her friend at that point.

Can confirm women are sloots

Gf of 3 and a half years left me for a friend. It's funny that women never leave until there is someone else. If you're unhappy then ****ing leave you stupid whore. But nope, they always seek validation of some sort. She didn't leave me because she had low self esteem LMAO so she would have left a year ago otherwise.

This. I've been on a string of dates with 25 year olds, and every single one is completely fukked by a relationship they just came out of. Every single time.

Men seem to have all round loneliness at this age, and women seem to have a shattering of their 20 year old disney lifestyle when they have their relationship fall apart.

One even said she was completely psychotic and in tears all the time, I shouldn't be interested in her etc.

One especially who was an old friend from school made me extremely rustled. She'd had her boyfriend leave her, and she treated it like her family had died in a fire.

But while being upset about this, she kept talking about one friend who moved in to pay her rent, another friend taking her on holiday, more friends coming down at the weekend to support her, and there was me forcing myself out there, with no social life, being ghosted as a fortnightly event.

It's like they've never once experienced loss.

This. Try again when you are almost 30. I think everyone needs to have relationships when they are younger to learn about how relationships are supposed to be when they are older. Relationships under 25 in this day an age do not work, however they are good learning experiences.

Its tough this day in age man. Access and availability for women is off the charts with the advent of social media. Finding a girl with any sort of self control and values is tough.

I can't help but laugh when people get the shaft and say stuff like "5 years for nothing"... Stop being so beta. Have multiple relationships going at once so you don't cry yourself to sleep when one inevitably fuks up. Nothing lasts forever regardless of what anyone wants to think

Also, she most likely got lots of BBC while there and realized there is more to life than her baby dink BF. Sorry brah

Locking her up only delays the inevitable. If she's destined to find some foreign chad cock it's only a matter of time before it happens, wherever she is.

They were both naive about the situation.

6 months in a foreign country, everyone is going to sleep with a local. If it was switched around, your boy would have slept with someone.

It's also very dependent on the context of said control - establishing an initial boundary by putting your foot down decisively and firmly, if framed and delivered properly, won't be taken as insecurity in my opinion. Whereas if you have a history of showing insecurity in situations that pertain to your woman being around other men, it's nigh impossible to frame it in a way that won't be taken as a further projection of your insecurity.

I can only draw from my own experience, but a girlfriend of mine, who had a history of traveling abroad for 4-6 weeks at a time with her friends prior to us dating, brought up that she was planning another trip to southeast Asia for the following spring. I immediately put my foot down and established a boundary in what was previously uncharted territory. I explained that the trip would come at the cost of our relationship, as I didn't emotionally invest myself in people who deemed it appropriate to be absent from their partner for extended periods. I was very calm and collected; businesslike, but completely unyielding and firm. It was actually very well received. I didn't explicitly tell her to cancel her trip, just indirectly reminded her that she was essentially replaceable and I wouldn't hesitate to do so if she violated what I felt were the terms of our relationship. She cancelled it without question and never attempted to cross the boundary again. There was no lasting resentment of any kind, she just became more attracted and attached to me. Maybe that's a rare example, so your mileage may vary, but I think the logic is generally sound as long as it meets the criteria I mentioned above (proper dynamic, proper context, etc.).
I hope she told you that you are a ******* in a calm and businesslike manner
