It looks close on the board only because the hustler decided to swap almost every major piece, rushing into end game. This is a legit strategy only when you are in a winning position... But he was in a losing position... so they exchanged pieces and now it looks close in end game, but the GM is up a pawn and better board positioning, which means an easy W.

You don't have to be a great thinker to make it look close, just exchange pieces like a madman, but you'll lose every game.


If the hustler had tried to play legit chess, he would have gotten wrecked and it wouldn't look close.
