I am replacing a UPS unit this afternoon. Has one of our network switches tied to it. Not gonna tell anyone when I switch it. Huehuehue...
Been there, its 50/50. Some people won't notice. Some will. No matter what, its always a ..."transient problem with the corporate DNS servers...it will go away soon".

Swapped a branch office over to all new switches, server and ISP connection back in August around 2:30 pm with customers in the branch/tellers running transactions.

No one noticed.

Am I crazy for wanting to build a SBR out of a Rguns lower?

I sold my XBONE last summer. I got it in December of '13 played it till Feb of 14 and then it sat in a box till I sold it this summer.

Call vendor we interface with for this app, "oh lol yeah we dun goofed and broke something...brb fixing it".

Glad I could send that email that said, "NOT US" for once.

srs though, other than being aware of the 10mm and that some fed agency used it for some period of time...why not just keep it at 45?

the 10mm is a harder hitting more capable round but damn, its expensive AF.

@TheDocta08 from what i understand its pretty simple, is it just the barrel change? I looked into it with my g21 when i got it about 4 years ago, there was a conversion kit to g20 but i cant remember all the details.

Ohh yea, i was just referring to the modification of the gun itself, i think the g20 mags fit the g21 magwell. again i could be mistaken, but i believe they use the same frame.

This ^^^

I try to tell management this when I do an upgrade. I am a one man shop so if I need support and it's after hours or on the weekend, we will be down longer. They still don't get it. So if it's a smaller upgrade for something I will just do it without asking any more. \

For the rare times when I have had to migrate a server after hours (we are a 24/7 shop) and I have run into an issue where I need third party support, I take my time fixing the issue.

We have one service that ties into 8 other customers. No matter how many times I have told my people that if the service is working for other customers, then it's not our issue, they still send an email. There are days when this happens and I just don't answer them at all.

i just watched the vid i posted, looks like just the barrel and either a heavier recoil spring (20lb vs factory 17lbs) or a g20 slide cause its a heavier slide to counteract the hotter rounds recoil.
