Dude, you are absolutely pathetic. You will get nowhere in life. I'm going to assume that you're in your 20's and it's beyond pathetic that you still haven't learned about commitment, decency and responsibility. Leaving just like that is something a spoiled child would have done.
Must be a dumb ass company or boss who talked to you and actually decided to hire you lmfao.

2 degrees Celsius is t-shirt weather if you are working hard enough, OP must be slacking.
It was roasting in my office today, windows open and fan on full power.

leaving a job because you're cold/wet is pretty poor form OP
I've been on various jobs where I've been both, and I'd never, ever consider leaving the job.
There is always people who have it worse. If they can do it, why cant I? That's my mentality.

the boss is bad leader if he can't encourage you guys to work in the cold. If I was the boss and it was important work I would be out there with you brahs to encourage you to stay, getting some hot chocolate or coffee for you brahs.
I just want to share the knowledge I have obtained throughout my life and hopefully change someone's life.

lmao.
Bitch I'm from Canada.
I work in absolute fuking zero on a good day.
Science hasn't even found the word to describe the physical impossibility of the cold we get sometimes. All kinds of irregular crap happens because of how cold it is here. Worm holes, black holes, stretched holes we get it all.
Little pussy american.

I'm a guy who will be perfectly fine not getting paid if I do a shyt job. I don't have my head up my ass and act all-knowing. Why would anyone wanna lose someone like me? Compared to guys who will stay out in the cold while it's misting but are felons and threaten leaving work once every couple of weeks and talk about being in jail. If I'm fired I'm fired but I love this job and my boss is a good guy. Yeah I've got other options that would probably even pay better but I don't need it right now so I'm doing what I really like to do
I'd like to see a construction company with people with clean backgrounds who do the work because they enjoy it. I've only met like 3 people that fit that bill. I'm one of them

Tried to stick through it and not be a pussy but after 2 hrs I called it quits and headed home. The other 2 guys were cold as fukk too and complaining but they needed the money. Yesterday it was colder but I stayed and was fine because there was no precipitation.
I told my boss and now I'm waiting for him to text me back.. A whole crew just quit on him where he was working today because he cussed them out. Not looking good.
