Again still speculation, but I predict home values to rise again.

The only problem is that I'd be taking out a new mortgage right after selling, so the rate increase thing sucks. But then again, I bought this house at 5.25 and refinanced three years later to 3.75, so it's not like it's forever.

Late March through mid May, Colorado Springs. My trips are always tentative until I'm actually on them, but I'd say this one is 90% likely.

Amphibian skin is permeable to water. Gas exchange can take place through the skin (cutaneous respiration) and this allows adult amphibians to respire without rising to the surface of water and to hibernate at the bottom of ponds. To compensate for their thin and delicate skin, amphibians have evolved mucous glands, principally on their heads, backs and tails. The secretions produced by these help keep the skin moist. In addition, most species of amphibian have granular glands that secrete distasteful or poisonous substances. Some amphibian toxins can be lethal to humans while others have little effect. The main poison-producing glands, the paratoids, produce the neurotoxin bufotoxin and are located behind the ears of toads, along the backs of frogs, behind the eyes of salamanders and on the upper surface of caecilians.

It claims 13 million gun owners in California. Yet they couldn't get 450,000 signatures on their petition. 450,000 would be less than 3.5% of 13 million. Really dudes?
Now look at the votes for Prop 63 in November:
https://ballotpedia.org/California_P...ine_Ban_(2016)
Not quite 5.1 million votes against. What a great turnout from the 13 million gun owners in California to help defeat Prop 63.
This is why I don't feel bad for gun owners in CA anymore.

Got a chance to shoot the g43 IRL finally yesterday. Good ergonomics and soft shooting for such a small 9mm but holy fuark that trigger is pure garbage just like the g42. The trigger take up is fairly smooth but once you hit the wall it feels like you are squeezing the trigger on a nerf gun . I also got to shoot the pps m2 and a lcs9 which both had better triggers than the 42/43. By far the best single stack factory trigger has been the PPS M2(I've shot the g42,43, shield, lc9s,lc9, xd-s, pps m2). Ill be replacing my shield with a pps in the very near future

Got a bit more snow than expected . . . gonna crank up the snowblower in a little bit to clear the walk around the house (we live on a corner). I almost always hand shovel the driveway for the exercise, but I don't shovel the walk if there's more than about 4 inches. Let the machine do the work on that crap.
