What's weird about Scandinavian people is that either they have top of the food chain aesthetics or look very odd. No in between. This goes for male and females.

I read somewhere that Norway has literally 100% English fluency. Like there's some kind of arts/culture law that was passed back in the '50s that required movies/shows to never be dubbed, just subtitled. So hollywood movies and US/UK tv series ended up teaching the whole country English.

You are partly correct. We only dubb movies for kids, not any movies for adults
