just wanna let you know that your website is like a 3/10

you are driving away retarded people by mentioning "science-based" so many times. the average person is SCIENCE-AVERSE. they are too stupid to understand science, so they just hate on it (big pharma, mistrust of doctors, etc). you should focus on the NATURAL part the most for sure.

you are also driving away intelligent people with poor word choice and numerous grammar mistakes. pay an english major $100 to revise your language.

I have no acne now, but my derm has me on a regime of:
Wash and moisturize 2x a day with Cetaphil
Adapeline 0.3% in AM, Clindomyacin & Benzoyl Peroxide in PM, 150mg of Doxy daily and low dose Salacylic acid & glycolic acid "peel" once a week.

I wear SPF 50 and baseball caps daily and also get facials 1 or two times a month. I still feel like that's a lot and could lead to premature aging.. thoughts?

you are getting RAPED rofl. you are white so you already age fast. this regimen will MURDER your skin as you get older.

retinoids make your skin super sensitive and thin (adapeline), benzoyl peroxide always irritates, reddens, and dries skin, and the peels further make your skin sensitive to sunlight.

figure out a way to drop all of these products and use sunscreen lotion like you already do.

The thing is I break out if I'm not super consistent. Idk man, I've already done 2 rounds of accutane and this is the first time my skin has ever been perfect. I mean, its a little pink sometimes, but completely clear.

I bought op's 5 minute to life serum and it works. Made my skin as smooth as a babies ass and heavily reduced some wrinkles on my forehead.

Question for opie: Will long term use of this product slow skin aging and the formation of new wrinkles?

How often do you recommend washing your face? Is taking a shower considered as washing your face?

I tend to directly wash my face 3-4 times a day, once in the morning, once midday, once evening (if i have been out), once at nighttime

I shower 2-3 times a day, depends if i have been out.

Am i excessively washing my face? I only use cool water to rinse my face.

Thanks for your response.

Why are you using antibiotics and benzoyl peroxide when you don't have acne?

Good to hear brah.

Yea long term use will slow it down in nearly everyone. The sesaflash has some long term effects too but the Renovage and Matrixyl have a ton of long term benefits that you haven't even experienced yet.

Don't listen to op, retinoid is one of the MOST studied anti aging ingredients. They have been independently studied far more than many of the peptides OP is trying to sell. Most of the peptide studies were done by the drug manufacturer lol.

Op is also incorrect with his general statement that retinoids thin the skin. It actually thickens the skin.

Actually the thickening is a long term effect, initially you get major thinning for 3 months or so.
The stratum corneum is thinned out long term and that's your first line of defense against UV radiation.

You're clueless mate, please stop spreading your poor science.

The first study even shows the skin thickens within the first 3 months from baseline. And yes you are suppose to wear sunscreen, however numerous studies shows it effective in treating photodamaged skin, I.e damage from the sun. Funny how you try to fearmonger about defence against UV damage, when that is one of the things retinoids have been studied to improve, UV damaged skin. I've already posted numerous studies backing this.

You're confusing things right now. I never said retinoids are bad, I just said it isn't necessary off the bat when one is younger. They're very effective when the appropriate strength is used.

Retinoids do thin the stratum cornuem and they initially thin the epidermis. How much and how long depends on the strength. And yes afterwards even the epidermis begins thickening but the stratum corneum specifically does not.

Does anything work for shrinking or eliminating the appearance of large pores on the nose? I used to squeeze out the gunk from my nose and I've got a lot of open pores there, they don't look too noticeable but that's because of my daily face routine.

Your products are legit tbh no shill

It's calling your name and filling your head
