Most of the ingredients are good. Though certain oils can't penetrate the skin far enough to make a difference.

Can you expand upon this a bit more? I'm not trying to give you a hard time at all, but I'm a huge PC/Asian skincare fan and would love to know why I should switch, at a high level (but not that high.) I've had great, fast-acting results with other brands, too.

Almost every brand features bogus filler ingredients that either do nothing at all or don't really penetrate the skin far enough to do much. They also love to exaggerate expected results when they're using very generic everyday ingredients.
We feature ingredients that are evidence based and also work together. Everything is results driven and is ideal for males and females of all ages.
Timeline is also big yes but so is comprehensiveness (not having to use 10 products) because it simplifies your skincare routine.

Do you work in the industry or are you asking for personal use?

Asking for personal use, but it's also a hobby of mine. I spend a lot of time over at r/skincareaddiction and other related subs.I agree, anything that streamlines my routine is something I'll consider. Appreciate the detailed response, cheers!

I don't dermaroll for health reasons. I know it works for others, it's just not safe for me.

I use chemical exfoliants like AHAs/BHAs, a vitamin C serum and SPF in the am and retinol and moisturizers at night. Top it off with Vaseline and so far so good. I do a bunch of other stuff depending on the day but that's my basic routine.

Since OP is pushing his product here, (which is fine-good luck OP), I can tell you without a doubt that actually ingesting large amounts of Vit C is 100000000000000X better than just putting it in a cream and on your face. My face looks like a 30 year old, even though I am into my mid to upper 40s. All because of Vitamin c. Up to 20 grams a day.

My company at c-fitlife dot com is having a big sale for Christmas. Buy any of the C-Load BCAA mix or the C-Energize Pre workout and we will give you a free container of your choice. This is practically giving it away. If you order 2, you get 2 free. Normal prices are $20 for the BCAA and $25 for the Pre workout, so if you buy one of each, you get $90 worth of stuff for half off.

Just let us know you bought either on here or via the email when you buy, and we will make sure you get the free containers.

All of the products are great and have all of the things you want in a pre workout and BCAA mix, PLUS you get 3000% more vitamin C and lysine in each dose than what you would normally get throughout the day.

Cliffs:
Humans 1 of only 3 animals in the world that make no vit C in body
We suffer from low grade scurvy as a result-causing inflammation, cancer, heart disease, bad skin, low immunity
Taking 7-20 grams a day will prevent this
Your lifts will be better, your skin will be better, prevent heart disease, cancer etc

The reason why you need this much C is simple. The key is this....humans are one of only 3 animals in the world that make no C in our bodies. 99.99999% of all animals do make C in the liver. We don't. Most animals make 5-15 grams per day. As a result, we suffer from low grade scurvy and we slowly die from it. Or at least not be our healthiest. This causes inflammation in our cells/arteries, anything with collagen in it, which for example is what causes a lot of heart disease . The heart beats, little fissures appear in the arteries because of weakness, and your body sends too much lipo protein to try and fix the cracks. That is why meat eating animals can eat an all fat diet and never die of heart disease. The only animals that do suffer from heart and cancer issues these days are domesticated animals like dogs and cats, and that is because they are losing their ability to make C as they become more dependant on humans.

Most people might get 100 mgs a day if they are lucky. So I get 10,000-20,000% more per day than almost anyone by taking 10-20 grams a day

True story....my twin bro had a heart attack with 3 blockages and 2 stents put in 4 years ago, was put on all the doctors drugs and felt horrible for a year and his other blockage grew another 40% being on these drugs and eating like a rabbit. He got on a high C and lysine (20 and 8 grams a day)regiment and within a year his heart disease and blocks were totally gone. No drug can do that. One of his arteries was 90% blocked, another 70%. Now clear. That is amazing in my eyes. That is how I found out about this.

Since starting on about 18 grams a day as I said, I have never been sick. and I used to get sick easily 4-5 times a year and it would take weeks to get over. One day I had a very slight sore throat and upped my dosage to 25 grams and it went away. And this isn't just to keep you from getting sick, it is for everything to do with your health. I started this regiment invented by a Nobel prize winner, about 4 years ago and have never felt better. My lifts at the gym are at all time highs. SKIN IS AMAZING AS WELL. But I tell every one of my customers, even if you don't by my products, go to the nearest drug store and load up on 1000 mg pills, it will be one of the best things you can ever do. c-fitlife dot com.
If you take that much a day do you live on the toilet?

Yes. My twin brother had a heart attack 5 years ago with 3 blockages and 2 stents put in. Was put on all of the doctors drugs and statins, ate like a rabbit. and fell horrible for a year AND had his one block without the stent grow by 30%. He then got on a high C and lysine regiment. About 20 grams of C and 8 of lysine. He started feeling better within a few days and within a year, his heart disease was totally reversed. As in all blockages gone. There is no drug that can do that. The doctors were amazed.

Everyone is different. My limit on what I can take without diarrhea is about 18-20 grams. But that is only because my body uses that much. Most people would be in the 8-12 gram a day range.

A great detox is to take 5 grams or so every 15 minutes until diarrhea starts. It is an anti oxidant and does all the same things as what a $100 detox would cost for pennies.

3) Mega doses of vitamin C have shown promising results for shrinking tumors and perhaps for other illnesses but taking that much daily? cmon....
1. Tell what he is better? Your body actually using vitamin C that is inside of your body to use collagen to repair your skin? Or putting something on from the outside? Your skin may look better right after applying something short term and your products are great, but longer term healing from the inside out is the key.

2. I take about 18-20 grams a day. Spread out over 3 doses. All my products have 2.5-3 grams per dose, or about 2500% more that the average person gets per DAY, and have never had one complaint about GI distress. In fact quite the opposite. With almost every pre workout I have ever taken, I used to get gas and farts after taking them. I have never ever had the experience with C Fit.

3. I have taken 18-20 grams a day now, every day, for 4 years. My results are this.

-Heart issues totally gone. No pain or strange beating. My twin bro had his heart disease totally reversed by this.
-My skin is amazing. I am told I look 33 or so all of the time. I am 48. No wrinkles.
-My lifts are all at all time highs. No joint pain.
-Used to get sick easily 4-5 times a year and it would always take 3-4 weeks to get over. Since starting this, I have not been sick one day in 4 years. Not even a sniffle. If you knew me, you would know how amazing this is. I mean, I got pneumonia at the age of 28 and it took months to get over. Now when I see people sick with the cold or flu, I just shake my head, knowing how simple it is to avoid that.
-It is also a great FAT BURNER. Studies show that taking more than 5 grams a day burns 30% more belly fat than not taking it.

We could pool our resources somehow as well. For example if you buy my products or yours, you get a free sample or container of the other. Lots of ways to work it. I have wanted to team up but many people do not believe in the magic and wonders of vit C, or they just dont know about it.

I can't post a link to my company. (under 50 posts) It's at www dot c-fitlife dot com.

Difference between an after shave cream and a moisturizer cream?
Does moisturizer cream cause acne?
Do people with an oily skin need a moisturizer? Or only people with a dry skin?
What's a basic moisturizer you recommend?

People have this mistaken belief that having oily skin means no moisturizer. It's the opposite. You need to apply moisturizer because the reason your skin is so oily is because your body is over compensating for dry skin. Kind of the same reason why people get dandruff.

Nice thread hijack bro. Please address the points OP mentioned.

I'd have to side with OP on this one cos I've tried taking vitamin C powder (as ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate, and also a mix of different forms with this powder -https://www.vitaminking.com.au/vitam...00g-by-melrose)

Each time I've taken vitamin C powder my insides get all screwed up and my face breaks out in red marks the day after and chin gets acne. Considering how acidic that stuff is, I can't see how it would be safe to take it in the doses you do and on a daily basis. If anything I think you'd be making yourself more prone to stomach ulcers, acid reflux/heartburn issues, etc.

What do you say brah? And since you just mention only "vitamin C" on your site, what exact form do you use in your products and recommend?

I can only take 500 mg a day of Vitamin C because of GI distress. Perhaps you can build up a tolerance?

OP I used to sell skin care as well, best of luck to you!

I am using panoxyl 10% acne foaming wash in the mornings with good results. Is there anything better over the counter?

Panoxyl is just benzoyl peroxide, which is the ingredient that reduces acne. If your skin responds well to it in a wash, you can look for a product that is leave on, generally it is alot more effective that way.

Fking lol the vitamin c troll has shown up again.

what's the deal with people who have huge pores that are visible? My father has this and I've barely started getting it a little bit too.

I'm very confident that just 2 of the 5 ingredients in our acne cream is better than any benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid combo that's sold in 90% of acne products.
