2. I take about 18-20 grams a day. Spread out over 3 doses. All my products have 2.5-3 grams per dose, or about 2500% more that the average person gets per DAY, and have never had one complaint about GI distress. In fact quite the opposite. With almost every pre workout I have ever taken, I used to get gas and farts after taking them. I have never ever had the experience with C Fit.

3. I have taken 18-20 grams a day now, every day, for 4 years. My results are this.

-Heart issues totally gone. No pain or strange beating. My twin bro had his heart disease totally reversed by this.
-My skin is amazing. I am told I look 33 or so all of the time. I am 48. No wrinkles.
-My lifts are all at all time highs. No joint pain.
-Used to get sick easily 4-5 times a year and it would always take 3-4 weeks to get over. Since starting this, I have not been sick one day in 4 years. Not even a sniffle. If you knew me, you would know how amazing this is. I mean, I got pneumonia at the age of 28 and it took months to get over. Now when I see people sick with the cold or flu, I just shake my head, knowing how simple it is to avoid that.
-It is also a great FAT BURNER. Studies show that taking more than 5 grams a day burns 30% more belly fat than not taking it.
Thing is, there is no research on mega doses of vitamin C aside from using it as a last resort or alternative option when there is major pathology.
Most people will get diarrhea at 3-4g

If OP is R and D'ing his own products his startup costs were 6 figures +. Most likely having a 3rd party company label/bottle/mix, which is honestly the smart way to do it. I have a client who does this. Startup costs are pretty minimal, just have to have a minimum initial order of whatever the seller decides.

OP what do you think of hyaluronic acid? and fulvic acid? fulvic acid didn't seem to do **** for my skin, although its fairly nice as it is.. hyaluronic acid seems to definitely make it stay moisturized longer with just a small dab

This isn't true. I take 5g of vitamin c most days, mixed with tyrosine and lysine. I've had 3 or 4 people try it as well, mostly because I like to see them drink something insanely sour, and none mentioned anything like that... I'm thinking the threshold is somewhere over 5g

Hyaluronic acid is the best moisturizer out there. Great to use daily. As we age our skin loses its natural moisture and hence the signs of aging become more evidence. Fulvic acid... kinda meh.

It's pretty good ****. My routine is rosewater and epionce toner, epionce lytic gel and revision brightening wash, retinol lotion at night sometimes, an occasional clay/ACV masque, good moisturizers during the day, try not to ever burn.. im pushing 40 and most people think im sub-30 which is pretty awesome.

What do you think of Epionce products? Or activated charcoal cleansers? I've only tried one so far, and hear people rave about them, but haven't noticed much different about it.

This lol, OP is scummy as fuk.

He claims his products are evidence backed, but most of the ingredients he is spruiking like the peptides and renovate have barely been researched, especially not independently.

Also the form of vitamin c used in his products is inferior to other forms of vitamin c in stimulating collagen which is for the purposes of anti aging. It's another newer form that has barely been researched, and most of the existing research is for acne. It has been shown to be less effective in collagen stimulation.

Also for some reason ops products contain olive oil, even his acne one. There are numerous published studies showing olive oil is terrible on the skin, decreases moisture levels, impairs the skins barrier, causes dermatitis, and even causes acne.

That is evidence based. What OP is spruiking is cosmetic marketing BS.

wot

When posting on somewhere like the misc, people take everything black and white. Vitamin D threads had miscers taking 15,000 IU daily. If I come out and say retinol is awesome for example, miscers will be on super strength retinoids 24/7 with 0 care. If you read the thread I already said they work very well but shouldn't be the first thing used.

The #1 product you seem to be recommending in this thread is renovage/trepenone. On the net we find a lot of negative words on this.

OP, can you link us to any evidence on this product?
