I remember when i was watching an evan centopani video of him prepping his meals when i was around 18 i think and he was picking them out of a piece of fish as if it was not a big deal

go to costco and look closely at the fresh fish...you'll see worms moving. That's why I just buy a bottle of fish oil, because I don't have time to run my fish under a light to find all them damn worms.

I paid maybe around $100 USD for all the herbs (can't really remember tbh) that will last well over a year, people buy premade **** for $30 a month lol

I didn't know i had anything either but still **** out stuff. Anything that comes out of you is dead, that's what the herbs do (kill ****). I think it took about over a week for me to **** out althat 8 inch worm or whatever the fawk it was
