I'm no "drug expert" by any means, barely even touch anything now including alcohol but I can assure you there is things going on in this world you will never understand.

Second, that study didn't normalize the numbers. Alcohol is legally and easily accessible to the masses. I seriously would have to do some research on where to pick up heroine even if I wanted it.
So obviously there will be more alcohol related crimes and incidents.
There are also a lot of deaths due to heart disease as well. Let's ban alcohol and food.

much like the war on drugs, cartels and the government are just different sides of the same coin. both fueling the war/conflict
also tinfoil theory but i think the government likes it that people can get some kind of escape that makes them weak as kinda like population control; survival of the fittest etc. . alchohol is actually poison (i drink on special occasions)

It is a whole cluster **** the way the laws on substances are in the world. BRB don't ban alcohol because above reasons, but ban pills, synthetics, and weed because they are bad(they are) but they just do the SAME thing that banning alcohol does, they fund criminal enterprises and create a ton of other crime.

i agree
if alcohol is legal other drugs like ******* and heroin, opiates, marijuana meth all of it srs, should be
or none of them should be
i would equally support literally legalizing all drugs, not just decriminalizing them, so you can go buy them at the store, or making them all, including alcohol illegal. the double standard i find a bit weird.
i dont understand how a destructive drug like alcohol can be 'personal choice' but when you say, *******, people say, oh no its way too addicting, way too destructive. can't leave that up to people to use responsibly, they'll blow it. actually, some people can, and did, use these drugs legally for quite some time.
i would lean towards making everything, including alcohol, illegal.
prohibition of drugs sure has been working..
(i think if you added up all the facts you could make a good case that it's been working exactly how well they want it to)

The fact is there are more incidents where people get hurt by dogs vs lions.
Based on this are you saying dogs are more dangerous than lions?

There are millions of people that rely on it daily.
You can't get high on it but you can still mess yourself up on it if taken enough.

pharmaceuticals should only be given with prescription, and of course can be extremely dangerous when mixed (usually with alcohol, ironically, or each other)

We are having a discussion about "drugs" and if they should be available to the masses or not, correct?
