Im 26. Heres a pic of me the month I started taking biotin (may 2014). And hes a current pic of me. You may not notice, but I can. My hair feels 100x healthier, thicker, stronger.



Heres me now:



Hair looks and feels better.

As far as green tea. Bro hop on the fckin train. Tons of benefits for skin complexion, hair growth (blocks DHT), energy. Everything man.. After I drink the tea, I will open the bag and rub it on my face/hair 100%srs

yeah i feel you, ill try it out for now but i think im even worse than you probably were at 24 right now and have been for a year or so. its looking to be pretty aggressive and my dad lost his in his late 20s completely, im about to be 22 this year.

Last time I posted I said my next story would be better after I got flaked on but tonight was a good time. Hit this girl up last week, snapped/texted here and there. Need to get on that green tea time even if you arn't balding.

I've not been much into teeth whitening as i've been pretty blessed with my teeth genetics but what I did look into suggested at needing to get something expensive from your dentist rather than super market cheap strips or whatever they offer there.

Reminded me of this post someone I have on ******** posted (my understanding is they are just a dental assistant (so really not qualified at all near the level of an actual dentist) and she is also trying to promote people to come to her work and get teeth done there so its kind of hypocritical bashing people who post on IG about products but here it is anyway take it with a grain of salt);

"Just an FYI on teeth whitening products you purchase that aren't from the dentist... such as "hi smile" and all the other companies out there that sell the lights on the guards.....
IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!! Proper strength teeth whitening materials can ONLY be prescribed by a dentist! Stop wasting your money spending a fortune on these products and do your research... these companies who have all these instagrammers sponsoring their products....THEY HAVE VENEERS. Majority of cashed up people these days have porcelain veneers... ONLY NATURAL TEETH WILL WHITEN !
Do your frikken research people, you are basically putting liquid sandpaper on your teeth. And the results don't last! Proper whitening you purchase from a dental practice lasts 6-12 + months... with an occasional X1 15 minute top up! Stop wasting your money and if you think the dentist is too expensive then come and see me! "



Ill probably do some of my own searching into teeth whitening products as im just curious so might share that with you later if I actually get to it.



As for tanning im pretty white (as shown in my avi but thats from 2012) but have been making some decent progress by just doing a gradual amount every day/second day (I don't let myself turn into a bright red tomato) rather just get a decent glow and when I start to feel my skin getting very hot usually after about 30-45 minutes I stop and head inside and take my cold shower (do these regardless of tanning) and then apply my moisturizer to the areas most prone to getting burnt (my shoulders/traps/face etc)

Slightly off-topic here but a lot of people are jumping ship regarding the Tinder Plus free weekly boost, they're saying that it's no longer weekly, but monthly, so they're cancelling their Tinder Plus subscription.

Well when I go to my profile and into 'My Tinder Plus', then, on the very first screen, just under the 'Get more Boosts', 'Get more Super Likes' and 'Skip the queue', it's written quite clearly:

Tinder Boost
Give me 1 free Boost every 1 week

(and the slider is set to the right and greyed out, which means it's on).

So it obviously means I am still getting the 1 free boost per week, which is true, I have been boosting every Sunday evening for the last 3 or 4 months and if I only had 1 free boost per month it would have come up with a screen asking me to buy more boosts because I don't have any etc.

I suggest y'all go and check if it's the same for you because some accounts might not be affected etc, and if you're leaving Tinder Plus just because they're not doing the free boost per week anymore, well, maybe in your case like mine, you might still have it.
