Did you read any of the articles that came up when this first story hit? The prosecutors did not want to bring up charges at all. It was only when they got DNA evidence and the testimony of the grandma that they did anything about it. They just dismissed the gps routes at first srs.

Crimes are so much worse to me when the criminal uses a position of power as leverage against their victims. This guy is sick as **** (literally). Only someone with a mental illness would find pleasure in forcing women to commit acts like this. He was so wrapped up in satisfying his illness that he did it to 13 different women, without once considering the possibility of being caught. No doubt he'll get worse treatment in prison because of his former employment as well. Tours over for this guy srs.

Why do you guys keep saying this? You know he is going be protected in prison. I am pretty sure it is standard for ex cops to get put in special protected wings. Unless they ended up killing other cops. But obviously we rarely see cop killers even make it to jail alive. Another thing that pissed me off. If your family members get murdered then you have to rely the justice system to runs it's course with trials and who knows how that will end up. Meanwhile cops just go on revenge killing sprees but is totally legal.

the fuked up part is that other cops knew and turned the other way. they do this all the time. Just like 20 of them saw one shoot the 17 year old 20x while he walked away in chicago last year

Remember a few years back when that cop waged war against the lapd. His manifesto clearly stated cops look the other way for other cops, rampant corruption and they only see tragedies as personal gain due to getting overtime. They would share gruesome crimescene photos with each other laughing about it. They proved him right when they started shooting up random civilian cars because they thought it was him. Car description model/make/color didn't even match but they just open fired on random cars.

If you got 200 years in prison wouldn't you justo go on a rampage, steal a load of ****, get a car drive wherever and just get jacked up on booze and party til you die or go do some random **** like camp in the middle of nowhere?

Or does he get taken straight to the cell from where he is?

Yes, because men with girlfriends don't rape. They covered it up a long a they could. Rape is more than just about getting off sexually, there is some sort of power thing as well. Who framed him and why? This guy would still be doing his ****, he just picked the wrong woman to mess with.

Yes, sadly I have never had the privilege of getting arrested so I have no clue how the system works. I thought some people have time in between court hearings where they're at home, at least a person I know who was arrested for assault/gbh did he had multiple hearings before getting put in jail. No idea if they take you straight after the decision is made though.

Even still if it wasn't going well in the first few hearings why not just dissappear? I'm sure it's possible
