I'll try and see how this feels. It may put too much pressure on my recovering knee. Also last time I did behind the neck press, my shoulder got fukked for weeks.
PRs:
Squat: 630 (sleeves)
Deadlift: 735 (straps)
Strict OHP: 330
Log Clean & Press: 360
Gave stickyashell hope and now he's back in strength sports crew

Yeah, I hadn't done them In a few years at least. Maybe longer. Had to go wider than I wanted cause of flexibility or should I say the lack of flexibility.
Here is 225. Off day I'll get another in on shoulder day Sunday I hope.

4ZDA8lfRsGc
Hey Rocky, let's not do another entry!

Did this at the end of an exhausting back day and used this squishy pad thinking it would be a good idea but it just hurt my stability.

Here's my 225:

Really don't wanna do another entry while I'm fresh and attempt more, my shoulder is a mess as it is.

I guess I can use my knee pads now for more than sexy time.

Isn't this one of those "do not do or you might die or at least f**k up ur neck" exercises?

Hard as fuk to keep the weight Overhead. I'll do it with a bar on my shoulders, keeping my arms out of the jump, at some point this week.
