Do girls ever approach guys?

It seems like the extent of the girl making an approach is to stand right in front of the guy and smile, but they still expect the guy to talk to them first. I found that's as obvious as they get.

Problem is I don't even know what to say when this happens, then my anxiety acts up and I end up leaving. Then they think I reject them and ignore me comletely afterwards. Wat do?

Been approached a few times, sober in the middle of the day. They are usually very bubbly and confident and could make conversation with a piece of cardboard.

lmao just dont overthink it, what would you say to friendly 4/10? People get into their heads that talking to beautiful women is harder than normal women. Once you get over their looks its the same. Just take it chill

That happens too, but I would just assume that she's curious about my gym routine. I wouldn't take it as flirting.

Sometimes that is the case. But you can usually distinguish genuine curiosity about lifting routines from subtle flirting or it being used as an opening line. I personally wouldn't approach a guy in the gym (who I didn't know to talk to anyway) solely to talk about lifting

Can you elaborate more, did you actually directly ask them out, or say your interested. Or are you one of those broads that say they approach men, but in reality give little to no signs of being interested.


The only times I have been approached is abroad and at clubs by 3/10s, alas better than nothing.

On both occasions I approached them, spoke about lifting or some dumb chit like "it's so warm in here today!" (Lol). Got talking, introduced myself, asked their name etc. One I asked for their number, the other asked for mine. There was another who I'd struck up conversation with on a few occasions but I was under the impression that he wasn't interested

Ya, but sounds like you aren't asking to meet or hang. Don't know how to perceive it from your perspective because I have approached most of my time, but if you aren't direct, small talk can mean anything.

Maybe your flirt game/body language needs to be improved. I struggle to find it hard for women in decent shape having a hard time setting things up with guys, unless of course the above is true or your trying to date guys way out of your hemisphere

Been approached indirectly...had a few girls in highschool who liked me of which I had no clue. Found out later from mutual friends who told me that the girl liked me. Similarly happened in College too. There probably were more of which I had no clue. I tend not to notice these things lol. Never once been approached directly though

Uhhh yeah.

It's happened to me after the gym: woman kind of waiting around and ask for directions or something simple like that. A few times also in the grocery store like making some comment or asking "do you know where's the butter?".
Women are usually more subtle and expect the man to make the next move. In this way it's pretty non threatening and many guys might not pick up on it, but it's happening.

Last night in a bar a girl grabbed my bum pretty hard on her way past. feelsgoodman.
