Its glorious being 6ft and over 200 lbs...srs gtfi to know why.

First off most guys must lie about height cuz im 6ft even and am taller then 80% of males in canadian society.

But theres a primitive factor to physical size and mental demeaner (sp?). I put off quite a non b.s vibe im told alott. That matters huge in life.

Scenaios:

Brb teens acting like sh it heads in stores etc. One look at them that i expect some respect and theyre silent in my presence. They know an alpha is there and that hes dominant. Sounds corny as fuk but u know its true.

Brb was by a femenist protest last year. Girls aggressively screaming sh it in everyones faces. I stroll by...not a fuikng word said to me. A few of them i made strict eye contact with tjat were very vocal and looking down at her with the "dont even try to feed me that bull sh it" eyes and was all good.not a word to me.

Same thing with can be about a guy bigger then me though.if I see a guy @ 6ft3 220 lbs and im basically in general gonna respect him outve size unless somethings instigated. Once again that sinple primitive nature that simple cant be denied or erased.

Random reps too

Cliffs: a non cuck in shape male @ 6ft 200+ lbs is naturally top off the food chain.

I'm 6'1'' ~194-195lbs but I've lost the facial aesthetics a bit in the past when I've gone over 200lbs. I think my goal for the next 2-3 months is to get right around or just under 200lbs, then cut back down about 5-10 lbs to like 186-190lbs. Sweet spot if you're 6'0''-6'1'' is 185-195lbs, IMO.

Then again, I'm pretty sure Steve Cook is like 6'1'' 210 lean, so what do I know.

Yea I typically respect bigger guys. I just keep to myself and don't think about it much tbh. Funny thing is I live everyday feeling like I am small at around 6'2 208lbs right now (usually heavier). But I lived my whole life next to a 6'7 giant of a father.

But that's just me

I can confirm... I'm 6ft, cut down to 188 lbs... I had chicks approaching me (not joking).. I went through some sh*t and I'm back up to 218.6 lbs... cutting again though. My face looks bloated as fck.. but that godly jawline is still visible at 22% BF..

If in summer in beach mode shirtless yes. With a few rare exceptions and if not wearing a perfect t shirt then 190 will look skinny @ 6+ feet.

If we are breaking into 6'+ range 225lb+ is where you want to be.
