I know you get what you pay for, but i'm trying to keep that budget around $600... and I want another striker fired gun. I know there's better but this one seems pretty solid.. and is a nice weight for CCW.

No. It felt long and mushy. Grip angle may have had some influence on how it felt while shooting. Trigger was aids

lol. I live kinda close to Berkeley, went to one of their football games against Texas last season. It's actually not surprising, that town is extremely pretentious.

I bought one of the first 320s out. I have many Glocks, Hk VP9, FNS, M&P, Springfield XD, XDM, Shield, Kahrs, blah blah blah. None come close to the 320 trigger.

But you do need to try them out in person. You do not want a double click trigger, which Sig says is still an operable trigger. It feels like **** and they shouldn't let those through. As I have said many times I tried about two dozen 320s before buying and a couple did have double click triggers. SIG messed up by not addressing it properly.

The Army has used the Beretta M9 (92) for over 30 years, and they continue to use the 5.56 despite less than stellar lethality. I would not base my gun purchases on whether or not something is used by the military.

I base it on the incredible reviews i've read on the gun... i've seen nothing but good about it... then again, i'm sure for every person that loves it, is a person that hates it. Sig Sauer is a solid gun brand.

I'm not saying anything bad about the Sig. I agree that they're a solid brand. I'm addressing this line:
